Bautista is an actual actor. Dwayne CAN act, Pain and Gain is a really decent movie despite controversies. He just doesn't want nor need to act. Cena is honestly just really decent at comedies. I do want to see him try dramatic roles, just looking at his serious moments in Suicide Squad.

Batista - Is versatile, and dedicated. He is an actor. Cena - Gives decent performances. He might get some success as an actor in the future, once he is into it 100%. He is trying. Rock - Was good, but could've become great by choosing the right scripts. Instead became lazy as soon as he became big. He is a brand.

Rock is just himself in everymovie, Cena is fun in small doses and Bautista is able to act, none of them will be the next Stallone or Schwarzenegger, because so far none of them are knowm from a role as a protagonist, Rock is always a protagonist, but never a character, Cena is always a character but almost never a protagonist and Batista can act but no one cares about him (there is some exaggeration on this last part)
