Great video, I have a match tomorrow and I'm a ninth grader on varsity and I'm strong wrestling at 132 but I don't have the best technique and I'm doing alright on varsity I won 2 matches lost 4 and today at practice I wanted to get a little better at my bar and luckily you made a Vedic on it today thanks -Derek

Frank Sailor New York I had a jv tournament yesterday but it was easy competition and I came in first I pinned all 3 of my matches and the first 2 all I had to do was hit a double and half

Hey Cary, I have a torn Supraspinatus. I've had it for about a month and it's not really healing as quick as I'd like. I can't really let my training and conditioning decline for however long it's going to take. Is there anything you would suggest I can work on in a wrestling class that won't compromise my shoulder? Thanks bud!

Plyometrics can be good to keep your conditioning and explosive movement strong. Wind sprints and penetration steps area also good as well as other mat calisthenics that don't involve your arms. Make sure you are fully healed before you return to wrestling otherwise it will be harder to comeback strong.
