@@itachi7976 Bro, I can't tell you what to do exactly. I just went to a doctor and he recommended me some massaging and joint mobilization exercises and I got relieved of the pain. If you are suffering from wrist pain, please don't just rely on information online, Visit a doctor instead

Size of wrist cannot be increased because there is no muscle there its only a bone and u cannot increase bone size ..... Said by Jeet sir in Previous video

Size of the wrist cannot be increased, instead focus on increasing the size of your forearms by doing farmers walks, behind the back forearm barbell curls and hand grip exerciser... Forearm is a small muscle group, so it can recover Faster... You can train 3-4 times a week...

Sir I don't have dumbbells I use my school bag pack with like nearly 4.5kg weight....thanks for this information I was also suffering from the same problem wrist pain...i also used to do all these wrong things...

One thing I want to add in amateur gymers medial side wrist pain is due to the tightness of wrist extensors muscles. So while doing the biceps curls excess Supination got attend, so if the pronator muscles are tight it starts limit Supination and puts stress on wrist. So proper stretching of wrist extensors and stretching of biceps muscles before biceps curls can prevent you from wrist pain.

Sir I have followed your tips of doing proper warm ups of shoulders before doing chest movement and followed it each and every step..the pain got reduced and it became so effective workout

sir i have a question .......please make video on it.....when i am doing bicep exercise at sometime i feel that i am getting stress or tension on my forearms .....due to which i am not able to complete my set ....same goes with triceps exercise also.....activation of my forearms not allow mee to complete my sets or exercise of biceps + triceps .............big fan of yours sir❤

Sir, i used to do work out 3 months back and i started facing the tennis elbow issue suddenly and as per 2 doctors(1 neurologist and 1 aurtho) it's tennis elbow injury and i am asked to not lift weight so kindly make a video on this too and if possible please respond me here with a solution
