@@itachi7976 Bro, I can't tell you what to do exactly. I just went to a doctor and he recommended me some massaging and joint mobilization exercises and I got relieved of the pain. If you are suffering from wrist pain, please don't just rely on information online, Visit a doctor instead

Size of wrist cannot be increased because there is no muscle there its only a bone and u cannot increase bone size ..... Said by Jeet sir in Previous video

Size of the wrist cannot be increased, instead focus on increasing the size of your forearms by doing farmers walks, behind the back forearm barbell curls and hand grip exerciser... Forearm is a small muscle group, so it can recover Faster... You can train 3-4 times a week...

One thing I want to add in amateur gymers medial side wrist pain is due to the tightness of wrist extensors muscles. So while doing the biceps curls excess Supination got attend, so if the pronator muscles are tight it starts limit Supination and puts stress on wrist. So proper stretching of wrist extensors and stretching of biceps muscles before biceps curls can prevent you from wrist pain.
