my bicep routine- 1.rope hammer curl on preacher machine 2-biceps barbell curl(free weights) 3.inclined biceps curl 1st exercise will give u insane pump(mostly outer/long head)

The best 3 exercise i would recommend ( nothing else needed) 1. Dumbbell Curls 2. Incline curl ( variation elbows extended backwards) 3. Spider/preacher (variantion elbows front of body If you're frequency is 1 time a week perform all 3 Frequency 2 times a week 1 session Dumble curl+ incline curl 2 session Dumble curl+ spider curl

Reverse curls also train the brachialis (though it's stronger in hammer curls) which makes the biceps appear larger, since it is right underneath the biceps.

Preacher curl always should be done with lighter weights...if one knows how much load he can carry safely in a preacher curl...then preacher curl is one of the best bicep exercise.
