Hi, polish person here. I read the polish version of this webtoon just for this. The way it's written reads like a 7th grade writing assignment and the person made a pretty basic spelling mistake in the prologue. It is not just because of translation and their age is definitely showing 😃

@@StarCandyyyy Dredging this up from memory so somethings may be slightly off. Back in the day when slenderman was still pretty big there was a 'slenderfamily' thing going around. Which were parodies on the name, so there was splendorman, trenderman, and offenderman as far as I remember. Offender was depicted with a sharp toothed grin, long closed trench coat, a fedora, a rose, and the usual slenderman back tendrils. Also a tie or pants depending on who drew them at the time. There was a 'joke' to not take the rose cause then you'd wake up hours later with no recollection of what happened and was heavily implied if not outright stated what would happen if a character did. No clue why people made if not adored this actual predator of a character.

After seeing this and seeing the video through to the end, I remembered how back in the beginning of January I had seen an actual news article about a woman being saved from a grapist by a literal gay grapist... The thing seemed kind messed up so I didn't read much of the article, but this very article could have been some sort of influence for the webtoon you're talking about.
