Can policies of govts. to increase its export be challenged by otger countries which do not assist . If governments are not a party to the export by private enterprises how can they challenge the export by other countries. Let companies/ private sector do that as per their corporate and export policies. India 's export policy and providing facilities to the citizens to export cannot be deemed unfair . Other countries cannot insist on other countries to follow its economic planning .

Just to clarify, does MFN only applies to member states, or if one member state have a more favourable tariff on a non-member state. Can other member state claim MFN?

If China is part of the WTO Why is it so hard for American technology companies to operate in China? Isnt that treating a foreign company worst than a domestic one?

The rule only applies once the goods have entered the country. China can prevent American tech companies operating in China, but if they did the would. not be able to treat the American goods different for the China goods, e.g hindering distribution etc
