Thank you for this wonderful presentation. We are very lucky to have it 🏇 This is nice music -- good to listen to and good for increasing the appeal of the presentation, so, in that, it makes sense. As for the practice itself, i think that there is enough going on, even a sense of limitless possibilities with the form of one moving through/in the atmosphere. Certainly enough to keep us occupied whilst we attend to just how to place ourselves. Thank you again. !
