Yeah won't happen, because the armor system is not even a thing in the game or any other single player gacha games or most RPG games, so theirs no way to apply individual parts of skins, better play MMO if you want those PSO2,FF etc.

Based on the official trailer, any available characters in illusive realm can do dream link when use all 3 liberation back to back. This probably IR exclusive thing cuz it's easy to spam liberation there and Kuro is testing water with this one before actually implement it everywhere else, because for sure 3 back to back liberations need a while to prepare and it may even be inferior outside IR, like comparing Calcharo with Xiangli yao.
