@@gloriapond8579 this is the recipe for "steamed tapioca meat ball" : 1. Soak sago rice( = same as "tapioca pearls" , you can find it in Asian/Oriental market, get the smallest size, people use tapioca pearls in "boba tea" with its largest size) in water, wait for sago rice to swell and absorb water for about 15-20 minutes. 2. Cut the bamboo shoots and shiitake mushrooms into cubes, and blanch them (boiling under boiling water). 3. Take a pot, add oil and chopped shallots, and sauté until fragrant. After sautéing, add bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, and salt and stir fry evenly. 4. Cut the plum blossom meat into cubes, take a bowl and put in the diced plum blossom meat, ground meat, salt, sugar, white pepper, five-spice powder, minced garlic, rice wine, cornstarch, and eggs and marinate in a clockwise direction . 5. When the meat filling is in the shape of a pulp, add the sautéed shiitake mushrooms and diced bamboo shoots, mix well with the filling, and refrigerate for one hour. 6.
