@@c.d.dailey8013 I love how Bluth's characters have adorable and similar style choices. She has the hairstyle of Anastasia and a little like Cadet Kimberley from Space Ace. Probably the best scene, the Don Bluth animation is fantastic! Xanadu is lowkey an old Disney movie lol. I think the plot was actually great but maybe lacked in its execution, the struggling artist feeling blocked and uninspired and then finding inspiration (and love) from an actual Greek muse is a cool idea, i think it's the fact that he ended up being inspired to build a roller skating Disco where they lost some of the audience lol, but i still think it's a gorgeous movie and i will forever love it, mostly because of Olivia (RIP), Gene Kelly (RIP), and of course that masterpiece of a soundtrack 💖

I feel like this scene was inspired by Fantasia’s Nutcracker Suite, especially with the Arabian Dance with the Glimmering Goldfish and Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy with magical beings walking through the flowers. I’m Alive may be also inspired by Fantasia’s Sugar Plum Fairy with the muses in different colored auras, just like the fairies. Now all we need are cute little dancing mushrooms.
