He’s literally repeatedly describing how he revels in her pain and wants to see her life get fucked. It’s the exact opposite of “looking out for someone” and no amount of getting fucked over by that person justifies it. The whole discussion is a massive self report by Xanderhal about being a really shitty person.

"OD" gets used interchangeably with "death" when it really shouldn't. There are plenty of drugs you can OD on that don't cause immediate death (alcohol, Dramamine, antidepressants, etc.) I would argue that the side effects and overall impact on one's health should discourage people from recreational use of amphetamines regardless of whether or not you will die as a direct result from them.

I firmly believe the best argument against doing the vast majority of drugs is the black-market nature of the acquisition / distribution. Dosages can't be regulated consistently, and you absolutely never know what purity you're dealing with, even if you trust your source. When I was an active user, I used to get bad stuff on a consistent basis, and I only really dealt with a handful of people. At that time, somebody would have had to take extraordinary measures to test what they were ingesting. The good news is nowadays testing for purity is much easier. Unfortunately, a good portion of drug users don't know where their next phone bill payment is going to come from, let alone money to purchase testing kits / equipment.

I did notice the phenomenon he brought up here about when he criticizes things I actually agree with versus things I don’t. The first couple times I heard him say some stuff I didn’t agree with. I was surprised how much it irked me. I had to stop and think about it for A minute. I realized it wasn’t him turning into some sort of poisonous bad faith manipulator. While on some of those topics I still think he was framing things in a way that wasn’t correct for the most part it was actually me leading a bit of emotional bias get in the way of seeing things outside of my a perspective. She's absolutely going to prison. Although it will depend on the state, this is a felony. I don't know about CA specifically but I know that other states do not fuck around with this stuff. It isn't credit card fraud, it's actually a charge of identity theft. And we're not talking one charge, we're talking MULTIPLE charges of the same thing. They have this chick doing it multiple times, they'll have it on video if she went in to do anything. They'll be able to prove everything she did wasn't just intentional but there's also evidence of her attempting to do it several times. And with the previous arrest for having a fake check the judge won't be all too happy about that, if it even goes that far. There is a potential that the DA doesn't want to deal with it, and if she gets a decent lawyer she can probably plea down to lesser charges ... but this isn't really something that you will get probation for. Even if you do it will be contingent on going to see your probation officer, not drinking, not doing drugs, getting a job, going to meetings, etc. An addict just won't do that, not one that is neck deep in their addiction and is rocketing down to rock bottom. She she'd get her probation busted and go back to jail or prison. CA has a horrible habit of pushing people out of jails because of overcrowding and court orders, but they do that by using probation, which she'll bust over and over. She'll probably be in and out of jail or prison for years before finishing her sentence, and that's assuming she doesn't catch new serious charges. With her history I don't doubt that she'll try to do more check fraud, wire fraud, and ID theft.

@@jimmyramos1989 It was AZ so they're a bit harder over there. Still, it wasn't CC fraud it was ID theft. The whole story is even dumber if I got into it. It involved a family member. Basically he was with some chick, the chick had another guy's CC because he gave it to her. He wanted to bang her. Anyway this family member of mine was actually banging her. They went to buy food, he was the one who actually used the card, and the dick head dude got angry and pressed charges. It was a big fucking mess and to be honest this family member of mine was a loser anyway so no one really believed him. Plus the girl denied the whole thing so she wouldn't get in trouble, blah blah blah. But it goes to show that legal issues aren't always cut and dry or straight forward. I'm not even close to sold on the "drug manufacturing" accusations. This dude clearly has no experience in the drug world and his gf was secretly doing drugs without him. I feel like he mighta found blue jolly ranchers and thought it was blue meth from breaking bad. Which even a rookie drug user knows, is not a real thing. Now it's possible this chick was just cutting drugs so she could sell some watered down blow or crank to help finance her habit. But cooking/creating most drugs is an incredibly complicated process. Even managing weed plants and processing them into something worth smoking is a chore. I dunno if u have seen the story about Dalia Dippolito but she tried to take out a hit on her halfwit husband. She was a local smokeshow and she gamed some poor sap who did a little prison time for a drug charge. Dude was doing pretty well tho. He met this chick Dalia, married her, signed over his home to her bc she convinced him to and then she began trying to frame him for drug possession. They were in Florida, mind you and they love making drug arrests there. Apparently, she tried unsuccessfully on 2 different occasions, to plant drugs in her husbands car and then call in a tip. One time, the cops pulled him over, searched the car but didn't find anything. The 2nd time, they did find drugs but they believed the guy when he said the drugs weren't his and that someone planted them. The cops actually let him go, on the spot. They could have easily rang him up, especially with his prior record. But there are a lot of cops out there who are fully aware of some of the treacherous shit that wives and gf's get up to. I think one of the cops even suggested to the guy that his wife might be the one pulling the strings on these anonymous tips. Then she tried to hire a hitman, who ended up being an FBI agent. Lmao I’m sorry but this dude screams of sheltered white suburban kid. The way he describes things so dramatically “AND WE FOUND… drugs! She was making drugs!” When I’m just like ya this is textbook definition of an addict. With the lying, stealing, recklessness, etc. Sorry bro you dated an addict, addicts do addict shit

Let me get this straight, the guy notices that he has less money in his account than he should, despite the charges being less than what's missing and he decides to do nothing about it for a year? I call bullshit, even a dumb 22 year old who is bad with money wouldn't ignore the hundreds of missing dollars in his account despite having only spent a fraction of it. He's either lying or so wealthy he didn't care.

He’d a streamer. His money comes in batches and super not regularly. If you’re lazy and bad at math you can easily loose track of how much you made.

@@angelasmith5019 That doesn't make any sense. Let's say you look at paypal and it's total the day before is $5000, then you see 4 charges of $100 each but your account total is now $3000, it's pretty obvious that there's $1600 missing from your account now. This happened over the course of an entire year before he clued in?

Yikes that opening was some Chekhov's gun tier shit. Also, the amount of schadenfreude and malice towards someone who he was in a loving relationship with up until a few days ago he's got for this chick is a little much. He's got every right to be pissed, even to hate her for betraying his trust, but to be gleeful at the thought of her being in jail is a little much
