If you can't easily roll it out, let the dough rest for 10 minutes, then continue roll it.

@@lilyng6090 Did you use Noodle press to Press the dough? and knead the dough for about 12 minutes will get the very withe buns. The white color of the buns depending on the time of kneading and using the milk.

Of course. I used the Bleischmann's dry active yeast, and the warm milk is better, it can let the fermentation time shorter.
