Hello, yes you can use salted butter, but you still need to add salt into the flour mixture 👍👍 for adding salt, it’s suggested to add at least half of the original amount 🥰🥰❤️❤️

Hi, you can also use a bread machine to knead the dough. If the kneading time is too short, you can use the double kneading program.

وصفة : عجينة 70 جم * 12 صينية 27 * 38 سم عجين: دقيق خبز 420 جرام (أو دقيق لجميع الأغراض 430 جرام) بيضة ✖️1 (اترك 10 جم لتنظيف السطح بالفرشاة) الحليب 270 جم 30 37 درجة مئوية سكر 50 جم خميرة فورية 6 جم ملح 5 جم زبدة غير مملحة 60 جم سطح : سائل بيض 10 جرام حليب 10 جم الخبز : * يسخن الفرن قبل 15 دقيقة 180 درجة مئوية أو 356 درجة مئوية) 24 دقيقة 🔺 نصائح: * يبلغ وزن البيض بالقشور 65 جرامًا ، سائل البيض 55 جرامًا ، 10 جرام تُترك لتنظيف السطح ، و 45 جرامًا تضاف بالفعل إلى العجين. * يمكن استبدال 45 جرام من سائل البيض المستخدم في العجين بـ 35 جرام من الحليب.

Recette : Pâte 70g*12 Plateau 27*38cm Pâte: Farine à pain 420g (Ou farine tout usage 430g) Oeuf ✖️1(laisser 10g pour badigeonner la surface) Lait 270g (30~37°C) Sucre 50g Levure instantanée 6g Sel 5g Beurre non salé 60g Surface : Oeuf liquide 10g Lait 10g Pâtisserie : * Préchauffer le four 15 minutes à l'avance 180°C(ou 356°C) 24 minutes 🔺Conseils : * Les œufs avec coquilles pèsent 65 grammes, le liquide d'œuf est de 55 grammes, 10 grammes sont laissés pour badigeonner la surface et 45 grammes sont réellement ajoutés à la pâte. *Les 45 grammes d'œuf liquide utilisés dans la pâte peuvent être remplacés par 35 grammes de lait.
