I think the form that came out in those two squirts would have been left over in the dispenser from the original bottle. There's no way the new stuff got up the tube and through the pump so quickly.

@@dalanik I'm sure it continued to work - but I would expect the foam to be not as good as the original. But we never got to see the foam your soap & water mixture made.

I have mixed normal liquid soap with water and it was OK.. you just have to find the right amount of water and soap

When I remove the refill bottle , the cap gets stuck into the machine. Any idea why ?

You can use warm water to mix is more quick.Is a bit tricky looks like after some refills it will be fail the cap .Dettol No-touch is better as an idea but not as good looking like Xiaomi.Has the mechanism down and the refill on top so you open a hole and use the gravity to do the job.

True, but having the refill on top means the battery department is in the bottom, right on the wet sink, which results rusting. So this is the better arrangement with pump on the top.

hello, is it normal that the dispenser shut down after around 10 ~15 min, and then the only way to make it work is turn it on again by touching the button? maybe my one is defective? if is normal I think is useless that every time I'm going to use it I have to turn it on touching the switch.

Nope, it should stay on.... I have found it off occasionally, but I couldn't tell whether someone from the family shut it down or it shut down by itself, but it was like once a week or less often...

@@dalanik thanks for reply, then probably my one is defective because within the around 15 min the dispenser works normal but after that time it shuts down and it's not posible activate again until touch the power bottom again. 😔

It's totally wrong. At least in my cap there are 4 holes where you can strech down easly the cap from the lockig tabs.
