First the original exhaust, then with the centre boxes deleted and lastly with just the forward silencer remaining (4 deleted)

Thanks for great video. I'm considering just to do the stage 2, for additional growl and potential performance/economy gain (?), and to keep my family and neighbours at bay. I understand that stage 1 would be much easier to do than stage 2, but getting rid of the squeezed over axel section would be benefit.

I just got my xk8 a few days back. Looking at swapping the exhaust. really love the full system without any restrictions but worried about the noise in the mornings and possible boom at cruising speeds. One company has said they could build me a valvetronic solution so I can adjust it myself. its not cheap but might be the way I go to help out the neighbours :)

Are there any videos out there from folks whove removed the final mufflers/silencers only but kept the over axle ones?

Hi. I've always had an exhaust swap at the back of my mind, and am interested in the Adamesh system, but I'm not sure about being able to fit the original twin pipe finishers back on. Their site didn't say one way or the other. What did you do?

Stage 1 & 2 sounds best to me. Then again, I’m biased as I have a loudish V12 xjs.
