hey bro! Yes, you're totally right. These are highly accessible, and lots of cheap parts are available, good for a beginner or any body that likes modding and upgrading. Best thing about this XLF is that it really does not need any mods, based on my test video here alone, I can confirm the drivetrain and suspension is solid. I SENT that SH*T pretty good over that piece of gym equipment, lol.

Hi i have a couple of the wltoys versions..Question is steering much better?? procise?... wltoys cars have a lot of play and slop imo...which makes it hard to keep car exactly where you want it... also does that radio have dual rate steering??? or do you only have full rate steering all the time??? also does it have a slipper clutch? wltoys does not...Also does motor and esc get hot at all on the 3s after 10 minutes of hard runs? thanks

hey man! IDK if you noticed, I generally only add music to electric Rc vids, usually not to gas or nitros. There is a reason why, too quiet for me to watch and edit, lol. The XLF is slower, but it's substantially better quality and toughness than the WL TOYS in this case. I can guarantee if I jumped that piece of gym equipment with the WL Toys it would have cost like 40 bucks to repair at the end of the day. Meanwhile the XLF is still perfect and no stripped diffs. These small brushless RCs ae geared very low, with a taller pinion it will blow the 144001 away btw.

hey my dude! I recently sold my castle converted Mini E-revo VXL. IT was one of my favorite RCs, there are many videos on my Channel about it, check them out. Anyway, I eventually got pissed of from all the terrible fitting lipos I was buying on amazon, all the reviews say they fit, then they don't fit. IT's as if every reviewer is a total moron, and just plain lying. Sure you could make them fit, if you squeeze the wires so tight in the box, that within a couple runs they will become desoldered and your money will be wasted. Not for me..

Brushless motors are not entirely maintenance free. You need to replace the bearings from time to time

hey bro! YEs, the brushed ones are quick for sure. The only issue is the huge 550 brushed can motors they use literally eat through the small lipos super quick. I'd say the tiny speed sacrifice is worth it for the longevity and efficiency of a tree brushless system, you know. Plus they gear them low also.

hey bro! I have been selling most of my electrics, that is true! I have a couple left, and most have diff problems, that's why I cant sell them until they are fixed. I sometimes do get new budget electrics If they are notable and good value. This one is full metal, brushless, and I did not break any diffs in my crazy jumping. Therefore it's Nitrogang approved!
