@@rachelanitahey happy 2025 and to more content this year. I understand why not much caffeine for you due to concerta . If you weren’t in concerta you would likely tolerate caffeine better. One question from UK, can you get adderall in states? Is there a reason for concerta as slow release and not adderall as fast release? Interested to know if you have used and tried as in Uk adrenal is banned and cannot get for adhd :(

Hi! Caffeine always made me anxious but def worse on the concerta. Adderall is available in the US and commonly prescribed (I do know there’s been a shortage lately though), I just got prescribed Concerta by my doctor and it worked well for me so I stuck to it. I also have Ritalin, the short acting version of Concerta that I take sometimes as well. I have heard of more people abusing adderall than I have Concerta, though that may just be because of how much more adderall is prescribed, though I’m not actually sure.

@@rachelanitaadderall def abused hence banned in UK. Wow you take daly concerta and top up with Ritalin ? Or do you forego concerta and take Ritalin on those days only ? Not good idea to combine I wouldn’t have thought
