just got my hands on this pad and all i can say is that its a heaven mousepad for cs (i play low sens 1.85 @ 400 with a sleeve), it was very easy to adjust after equate (feels almost identical but its less sticky)

I used to enjoy my equate, it was super slow and great for valorant. This pad seems like a newer version of the original equate since both are slow and textured.

@@monk_cs2 technically a smoother surface is slower because there is more contact with mouse feet. Fast pads are grainier hence is a less smoother surface. Less contact of the surface with mouse feet slows down less the movement, so it is faster. AC Zero surface is grainier than regular equate. So by definition is less smooth. That's how it works.

@@413fps Ehh it doesn't always work this way because of material properties. For instance, the Jupiter. Extremely smooth control pad, but depending on mouse feet, it can be as fast as a glass pad.

i genuinely love fast pads like the Glides from madcatz. it helps with snapping in close combat fps fights like COD for me since thats my preferred play style. it takes a little time to learn how to stop more effectively on them but once you get it right its very rewarding

idk man i live in a pretty shitty weather country and mousepads get dirty with humid dust and it really affects the glide like it slows down when i sweat but then again saw reviewers saying its sweat proof like how??!

Are you getting the Odin Andromeda in for review? I ordered when they first announced it, but then they had a manufacturing snafu where apparently the entire first batch had the surface attached to the base upside-down, so they had to make a whole new batch and mail them out again. I just got the new one in the mail yesterday, and I think it's a LGG Saturn competitor, would be interested in your thoughts.

It's funny, I'm in the same boat as you. I'm struggling to decide whether or not I want to switch up Mouse pads. I've been using the Glorious 3XL for like 4 years or something like that and trying to decide if I want a slightly faster mouse pad with the lethal gaming gear Saturn.

@@Kevone funny cuz that's one of the exact reasons that I use the 3xl. I had some weird wrist forearm issues for a few years and the stitching part always dug into my arm and made it hurt so I got the 3XL so that I could have one full even surface to put my arm on and it feels so much better. I've been looking into maybe getting the Saturn from lethal gaming gear, but they don't make a 3XL version and I'm really hesitant on purchasing it because of that. It's also a slight bit faster than the Glorious 3XL. In all reality I might just buy a brand new glorious 3XL all over again. I like the mouse pad. It's just the thought of perhaps finding a better mouse pad existing out there is making me want to buy one but at the same time do I really need one.
