It’s funny I just rewatched the video where you introduced the savings booklet and you mention it will be done for Christmas 2024. Little did September 2023 you know you would spend the first 6 months of 2024 hitting Christmas hard. Now you can use that money for the roof which a year ago you didn’t know you would need to save for. You’re teaching me how important it is to save ahead for the known bills so that when unexpected bills come about we have the savings for it!

That’s true I took away if you own or are buying a house you should have a sinking fund for roof even though they should last 20 to 30 years, it can be lower because of weather

Calomine lotion-itch relief for poisonous ivy and oak. Pink colored liquid. My mom kept a bottle at the house because my dad always got into poison ivy or oak when working on fencing. Also, the red got feeling from the one area could be cellulitis. Your daughter in law is a nurse. Please ask her to take a look at it if she available. (Coming from a Nurse). I hope the recommendation helps soothe the itch.

Hello, was just watching on the live, but couldn’t comment. The alcohol will dry your skin. Try anti-itch Sarna Lotion; you can even buy a store brand version. It will be by the calamine lotion section

Donna try calamine lotion it’s pink a lot of people use it for poison ivy chic pox shingles.. also warm wash rags might help. 💛hope u find relief 💛

I hope your arms stop itching soon. Apply calamine lotion or creams containing menthol. Take oral antihistamines, such as diphenhydramine (Benadryl)

The last time I was covered in hives like that I had to take steroids I also drowned it in calamine lotion ... I went through so many bottles but it cooled it off 😢 so sorry donna that that's bothering you

Oh my goodness, Donna! Your poor arms! Is it all plants that cause you to break out so badly, or just certain ones? I hope you can find something that will give you relief. I live with Hidradenitis suppurativa and i am prescribed Clindamycin lotion for it. Clindamycin is also good for contact Dermatitis, which seems to be what you could possibly have since you keep breaking out from trimming plants (could possibly be the natural oil from the plants that causes you to break out upon contact). It may be worth asking your doctor about.
