This is the best cupcake ever, watch carefully and follow steps by steps. You guys will have the perfect cupcake. Be mindful that australian egg size is larger so i adjust sugar and flour amount . In my country, egg is about 50-55gr max. Thanks for your effort and kindness.
Just one more question, can i bake with several racks? I know that chiffon is famous for heat sensitive so cannot baked several racks but how about cupcakes?

Yes, you can turn on fan-forced mode to bake multi-racks. Lower the temperature by 15-20 degress celsius while using fan-forced mode.

Can u replace the Greek Yogurt with normal Yogurt??
You can use milk + sugar instead of condensed milk, the amount of milk is around 30% of the condense milk.

Hi lisa, if i want to make many flavours like matcha , black sesame and cocoa powder. How much liquid/ flour should i reduce or add?

Every 10g of flavoured powder you add, every 10g of the cake flour is reduced. 15g-20g liquid (water or milk) needs to be added with the flavoured powder, because most of them are very absorbent.
