Thank you. I followed your recipe of flour mix and managed to steam prawn腸粉successfully. I don't have your stainless steel steamer with trays. I used the glass round turning table from my microwave to put in my wok for steaming. I wonder if I can buy a steamer like yours for delivery to Europe.

please try Amazon or Aliexpress, you might be able to find something similar

@@靜生廚房 Thank you for reply. Amazon doesn't do it. I have found it on Aliexpress & eBay. In the mean time, I have mastered the technique using my microwave glass turntable to steam successfully in a wok 😋 with very good consistent results. Perhaps, I don't need to by a dedicated steel steamer after all.

I suggest adding some chopped coriander to mix with the minced beef. That will add lots more aroma. Also, if you coat the tray with oil by brushing some oil onto it, that will help as well.

Hi Jing Thanks reply, I did try steam rice roll it turn out good but hard to pull rice out. It is very smooth taste. Thanks again.
I think the beef is not smoothly tender because it was store bought and machine minced? Try hand mincing with at least 25% fat. Mince to slightly coarser texture. Then treat it the way you did in video - beat with water, salt and tapioca starch. Lastly, mix in a little oil to lock in the juices. Leave for at least 20 mins for the liquid to be really absorbed into the meat at cellular level. Please try and let me know how it went.

特别下面的说明说的是可以🔥烧,中火烧就可以了。不过也比较推荐用电磁炉加热。

1 cup is 236.5ml (from Google) so 555ml is close to 2 and 1/3 cups.
