500g小葱头 (抹干后切片）500g of shallots (wipe dry and slice)
3-4茶匙薯粉 3-4tsp tapioca starch

从外面买回来的紅葱头,毕竟有尘有細菌,应该是去了外皮后用水清洗几次更放心的。然后晾干它才去切絲这样更好,对吧？请原諒这是我个人的方法的。谢谢分享。
