Yeah, they are. It's kind of recent but they're able to cultivate them in Aussie. Truffles grow in the winter which is our summer in the Northern hemisphere. Truffles year round now!

I felt a little anxious leaving that in there. haahaha. A couple of years ago Jess was doing a spelling lesson with him using the wooden letter blocks we all grew up with. Hanbury was having none of it, hated spelling. He kept saying penis and watching everyone at the table try not to laugh with a pleased smirk on his face. Great video as always Brennan. Quick story, I had to fly some airplanes from NE Florida to Maine in Sept 2008 to avoid a tropical storm. While there, we had to pickup about 5 cases of Larry's friends from Portland, ME and fly home with them!!! The struggle is real!!! Gonna have to sell a kidney to buy some Waygu beef and truffles to cook one time at home, but may be worth it! Going to have to rewatch this a few times to learn a thing or two so I can get better cooking at home. Finally, missed the chance for a funny movie cut in. When you said that peas were on the menu, you should have inserted from Mr. & Mrs. Smith, "Ah Peas." (Brad Pitt). Awesome time with friends, look forward to your next one. Stay healthy my chef!
