Hey dear DOC, thankyou for the very good infos. Just wanted to give you an unrelated comment but was just wandering if you have looked at the background image you used in this vedio. I know you might not notice it but just wanted to check if you are aware of it.

One clarity question i do have is what do you say on the effect of electric shock belts on abdomen to reduce belly fats?

Hello Ebrahim, Yes there are researches done about electric shock belts, they are useful for reducing belly fat. You can use that but they have no €effect on reductions of total body weight.
