Great video - incredibly useful, no talking, just a quick demo of ALL the sounds. This should be standard for every single keyboard in the market. Yamaha / Roland / Korg / Nord / Kurzweil / Casio / Hammond / etc etc etc should pay you (or someone else) to do this.

Woah...you got through all those voices. I've had mine (MoX8) 2 years and haven't got through half of them yet! I'm still trying to get my home studio set up. Trying to find the right computer, then cubase...and I will be set to record!

Excelente vídeo. Mil gracias. Todo muy bien. Excelentes sonidos. Mi decisión está hecha: un MOX88! Buen precio excelentes instrumentos acústicos. Los leads y otros sintetizados no me interesan casi nada. Excelente complemento para mi PSR S910.

Thanks for doing this, I am struggling at picking a keyboard out and the guys at the shop are sick of me coming in every few days and doing this on a keyboard until I go through them all. If I could afford to I would just buy a couple and not bug them so much lol.

Great sounds, thanks for taking your time for this vid. Does MOXF6/8 has the same sounds?
@HowardJFoster2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for listening. I think the MOX 6 and MOX8 have the same sound list. The main difference is the number of keys 61 on the 6 and 88 on the 8. There's a few other differences also but as far as I know the sounds list is the same.

@HowardJFoster8 жыл бұрын
+阮靖雄 Quite a heavy action, so depends what you prefer. The MOX 6 has the synth style keys whereas this is piano weighted.

Why sound is cuting when you change a program???
@LustForKeyboards8 жыл бұрын
It might be the limitation of the keyboard.
@TheRealDirtySkillz8 жыл бұрын
Some synths release to the next sound and merge with the next voice when switching. My triton does that. Sometimes you catch a cool merge accidentally.
@koreamedia9 жыл бұрын
LCD screen on MOXF is too bright, and there is not the adjustment menu for the brightness. I regret hving bought this MOXF8. Simple. Isn't it disgusting when products are deceiving with this kindof small details, which consumers take for granted, but very big inconvenience?? The morality of this company is very wrong.

@brianbernstein38269 жыл бұрын
wish these companies would stop making ridiculously terrible saxophone and vocal sounds and useless sound effects in these things, just put way more synth leads... stuff for hip hop, drum and bass, dub step etc, would be far more useful
@TheRealDirtySkillz9 жыл бұрын
+Brian Bernstein I've been thinking that since 2000 - since I got my 1st workstation. Korg Triton.

Brian Bernstein but not everybody likes that dubstep stuff. And actually there is quite a lot of bases and Dozens of drum kits. on that keyboard. I actually have one myself. Don’t be too disappointed

Could they make it more complicated? User interface is unintuitive and cryptic. The manual dont explaine many important features and essential functions. "INSPIRATION IN A FLASH " ? A joke..The menus are hard to navigate and require too many steps are required to do anything advanced.(It´s the opinion of many users.. inckuding mine) Added to the fact that Yamaha support is only available during what, for most of us, are week day working hours, they were as useless as the manual. If you have all the free time in the world to figure out the interface, or... if you're a performer and NOT a songwriter/composer, you'll probably love the sounds. As for the rest? Sorry to say it's garbage. A monumental garbage..? Yamaha Doesn´t realize we´re in the 21st century AND not all musicians thimk like engineers!
