I absolutely love my Speed Triple RR. It is probably one of the smoothest machines I have ever had the pleasure of riding. And taking it through the mountain roads where I live, it feels like the bike practically drives itself with how incredible the suspension feels and how snappy it is diving into tight curves.

How confortable is it?
@AceofStorms Жыл бұрын
@National Beauty honestly, I have ridden it all day and never get tired of it. Ive taken it through country raods and mountain passes, as well as through city streets on the east coast and I've never felt the fatigue normally associated with this type of bike. Even as a bigger rider (6ft and 230lbs) It definitely fits that "superbike aggressive" positioning but you can absolutely relax on it and take things easy. If you like the sport bike posture and have no real issue with some wrist pressure it's perfect.

Im a Triumph fanboy myself, and own a white 2007 Speed Triple, so this review made me really happy hearing that this thing lives up to expectations! I can confirm that a white Speed Triple is one of the most beautiful things on wheels, constant attention grabber. Its such a nice place to sit, even for long rides. I'm 6'1" and the ergos are almost perfect, not as relaxed as an mt10, but its still great. Lastly, NOTHING beats the sound of a triple!
@will2461-j2n2 жыл бұрын
I owned a 2008 Black speed triple with twin arrow straight pipes. Best bike I have ever owned and it used to get loads of attention. Brakes and handling were perfect and loads of power. I never liked any of the new speed triples until this latest generation. Currently have a 2004 gsxr1000 but would happily trade back to the speed triple.

Triumph does'nt get alot of respect for doing motorcycles their way until other riders listen to Triumph owners and test ride their bikes.Then often it's another Triumph getting sold.I love the large round single headlight and clean fairing look on this bike.Great review and much respect for not doing a one hundred and seventy mile per hour street video.Especially since it would probably only take 12 seconds to get there on the interstate. You are a very experienced rider so past all the other jokes, in all the other videos, when a bike impresses you this much,it must be a great bike.

I owned an Aprila Tuono 1100 RR, with similar power to this, and it was an angry animal. Based on my test rides of the previous Speed Triples, I bet this one's a bit smoother and more forgiving. I also owned a ZX14R SE and it rode like a touring bike until you asked it for Ludacris speed, which it happily supplied. Now I own a Scrambler 1200 XC, and it's my favorite of the three. Just so much character, and so much torque, and such a nice riding position. On account of the torque curve, I don't miss the peak horsepower at all, which I could never use on the street anyway. I do love the look of these though.
