Hey girl, can you do a video on naturally thin hair, I haven’t loc’d my hair yet and I’ve been considering it. However to achieve the size she has (pencil size) I would only be able to do about 15 locs as my hair strands are thin and my hair it self isn’t thick either.

Prior to starting my locs my hair was past my shoulders and I hated spending hours at the beauty shop every week to maintain "the look". I wore my locs proudly. Believe it or not I got the most grief for African American sisters. Many sisters would said to me on campus "I want to start locs, but I dont think my department would allow it". I cut my locs last year due to my length (my locs were past my thighs) my kids begged me not to cut my hair, they said it was my "brand". At present my locs have grown to shoulder length. My dude said I look younger with shorted hair. I love my locs and will never stop were them.
