YC Makes Easy Cheesy Zucchini Bake

Par boil 5 to 6 cups chopped Zucchini
Mix with 1 & 1/2 cups of Mayonnaise and 1 /2 cup cheddar (1 cup sharp cheddar is used over top). Continue to mix with 3 eggs, 1/4 tsp. black pepper and 1 & 1/2 tsp of garlic powder.
After mixed together pour into a sprayed pan and top with cheese . Then melt 2 tbsp. butter or margarine and blend with 1/2 cup of bread crumbs to sprinkle over cheese.
Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees F.
