I was in the opinion that dry and fresh yeasts can only be made in factories . Now you made cleat that yeast can be done at home. I will follow your intructions again and make it at home. I miss my baquette, french bread. . Thanks a lot .

Na try pani pakala.Sun dry panum pothe 3 to 4 days achu.so Fan dry panauna atha vida time agum. Konjama ingredients eduthu try pani parunga. night veetula konja warm place like store room, cupboard la moodi vainga. 😊

Yeast ku prepare panuna mix ah oru clean butter paper la spread panitu athuku mela enoru butter paper vachu cover panirunga. Then fan keela room temperature la dry aga vidunga. Climate ah poruthu 3 to 4 hours kula dry agirum.then yeast ah matum paper la erunthu eduthu mixie jar la potu powder panunga.

No mam.. if we use wheat flour in this method, it will take more days (2 to 3 days)to get yeast activated. For better result, use maida or all purpose flour.

I prepared yeast today by your recipe . But should we use all honey water to it i used most little i left out. But my consistency of yeast prepared today is little thin than urs . Hope i didnt spoil it . Plz reply thank u

If you add all honey water, it will give very loose consistency. It will take more time to make a dry yeast. For better result, please use the exact quantity which i mentioned in the video. Hope this will work. THANK YOU😊

Wheat flour use pani vera method la panalam.Sikiram wheat flour use pani yeast make panra video upload panren.Entha way la wheat flour use panuna yeast activate aga minimum two to 3days agum. Instant ah ready pana maida use panunga sis.. Thanks😊

Intha method la Nama wheat flour la sugar honey add panum pothu thaniya pirinchu varum.But Vera way la panalam.But yeast activate aga two to three days agum.For better result,use maida or all purpose flour.

Warm place la vaika than oven la overnight vainga nu sonen. Oven ah ON pana vendam.. off la vachu just yeast ah moodi vainga. Apa yeast activate agum.

We didn't add any artificial preservatives to make this yeast.It's only a homemade yeast. So for better result, refrigerate and then use.Thank you😊
