Hope you all are doing good.
After sharing the recipe of homemade yeast few weeks before in my channel i was getting a lot of question regarding the process.
In this video i have tried to answer the most asked question/queries from my previous homemade yeast video,
Ingredients Used:
Lukewarm water - 1/2cup
Honey (I used organic honey) - 1/2tbs
(You can use any brand available)
Wheat flour (I used multigrain wheat flour) - 1/2cup
(You can use 100%whole flour/all purpose flour also)
Curd (Yogurt) - 1 1/2tsp
(try to use fresh and unflavoured Yogurt ,should no sour in taste)
This time i have shared an additional step to follow for yeast making, so that you can make your own yeast without failure.
The time to ferment the batter will vary according to the weather condition.
