Chia Seed Breakfast Bowl:
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1/2 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/2 cup fresh mixed berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
1 tablespoon chopped nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts)
1 teaspoon flaxseeds (optional)
A dash of cinnamon
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix chia seeds and almond milk. If desired, add honey or maple syrup for sweetness. Stir well and let it sit for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until it thickens into a pudding-like consistency.
Once the chia pudding is ready, layer it in a serving bowl or glass with the Greek yogurt.
Top with fresh mixed berries, chopped nuts, and flaxseeds.
Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon for added flavor.
