My son was using the studio where I usually practice. So off I go to the family room and projected you to the big screen! My wife happened to pass by and watched for a while and made this comment - “she’s so calming. She’s really very good!” I smiled and agreed quietly. Thanks Joëlle 🙏🏼

So glad you had a video on sciatica... not surprised. =) I am recovering from a stress fracture (figure skater) and so I have been resting more than usual working on art pieces. UGH can we say the sciatica is screaming !!!!!!! This really brought relief.... Thank you !!!!

Careful! If your back pain is from a herniated disk forward folds will make it worse! Looking for a safe yoga for back pain. This isn't it!
