Hi, if you need help doing a headstand it is actually quite easy. Just look up "how to do a headstand" and there should be plenty of tutorials!

I follow your channel for a while now and I must say that so far your videos are the only ones i can practice yoga with. It seems like other youtubers that upload yoga videos don't understand how important is how they articulate their voice. And also they just simply talk to much throughout the video so instead of being relaxed I feel frustrated ! So thank you very much for this channel ! I really enjoy practising yoga with you - your voice is very calm, the tempo between positions is not to fast not to slow and your body is such a motivation ! xxx

YES! You strike the right balance with tempo and talking by overlaying your vocals over the video, that way you stay focused on talking as necessary. Plus it helps US focus on the pose. Also your music tracks are soothing and helps really to tap into ones emotions and have an experience, not just a workout. Well done for such courage in stepping out because it has payed off and the result is one beautiful channel. Namaste

I know exactly what you mean!! I have too much anxiety watching other yoga channels who talk too much, or the music isn't fitting, or their voice is distracting which defeats the purpose really.

the Bed of Roses pose is so relaxing ahhh... it used to hurt but now it's the only pose that really gets me into a meditative state, and the stretch in my quads and lower back feels amazing when I'm just lying there all relaxed. I almost fell asleep in it just now haha

Over the past 25 years or so I have done just about every type of movement yoga you could name, and mostly 'suffered' my way through, have done many of the more spiritual meditate yoga's also, (which I really enjoy) I found this video yesterday and was like "Oh.. this is what movement yoga is meant to be". I absolutely loved this sequence. I have a very sedentary job and try to workout in my lunch hour. This sequence is the right length and it helped me stretch every muscle that gets toght from sitting down too long. It felt amazing. Thank you for sharing it and making available to everyone.

This is one of my favourite ones, but I practised it so many times that I would appreciate finding more yin yoga classes like this. Some poses I wish we could hold longer than 2 mins, so sometimes I skip the next pose prefering to stay in the current position.

2 months ago I started doing this exercise. I could not even touch my toes. Now I can get my palms under my feet. The only posture I still struggle with is bed of roses but it's mainly tension in my ankles due to many injuries. You have helped me regain my flexability and improved my quality of life. Thank you!

Thanks for your classes, I tried yoga 10-15 years ago, hated it and wasn't interested since this year, and found your channel and thought id give it a go, I love it, and practise everyday at least 3 classes a day plus meditation! So much so that I will take my yoga certification next year - the beginning of my life long yoga journey, I use yoga more and more in my work (fitness instructor and recommend clients to try your classes) thank you!

I became a vegan, I exercise daily to your videos. My health has improved, I have more energy and zest for life. I am now more confident person. I live in the Czech Republic, in our people live really unhealthily. But I really want a healthy lifestyle to stay, bring me only good things and my life is better. Your videos I love, you are very nice and pleasant. Additionally, I found on the internet that your friend has played in a band on bass. My friend also played the bass. They even have the same hairstyle: D I love him for what he is. He began practicing yoga with me and became a vegan (without coercion). Our relationship is now even better. Previously we have been working were very tired and spent the afternoon watching TV. Now we practice, we bike, run, cestujeme- simply enjoying life. I do yoga only with the videos of this channel, i did this yoga a few times. But today, for the first time, at 4th position, i got deeper and i started to cry like a baby... Ease into it with easier quad stretches and make sure you have a cushion for your feet and knees. I usually double mat.

Do you have a yin yoga session which focuses on the lower back and front of the hips? I've noticed a lot of glute/hamstring stretching but I need those target areas: my hamstring/glutes are overstretched, low back is too tight and so are my front hips and quads, particularly around the iliacus and gluteus medius.

you could try... I think it's called Camel stretch or something? Or you could get a foam roller maybe. I have back issues too, so I'm currently saving up for a foam roller but in the meantime I just stretch out over the back of the couch ^^

Log pose definitely helped release tension in my hips. It took a minute to release/relax as I was breathing and when I did I had a emotional release come over me. By far my favorite type of yoga.

Truly enjoy this yoga lesson. Thank you. I do have two questions. in pigeon pose what angle should your leg be that is bent? and in Log pose where is the foot of the leg on top in relation to the knee of the leg that it is on top of?

I think in pigeon it just depends on your level of flexibility, so you increase the angle towards 90° the harder you want it be? ehh don't quote me though, I'm just guessing
