This Yin Yoga class is one of the best ways to not only increase flexibility in your legs and hips but it will also help you release any stored up negative energy in your body. Emotional energy, (if not dealt with or released) overtime will manifest as physical illness in your body. Whether that is as sickness, or simple muscles aches and tension.
By holding each posture in this yin yoga class bring your awareness to anything that you believe no longer serves you. As you exhale, visualize this negative energy leaving your body and breath in positive and peaceful energy. Releasing any stress or worry and filling your mind and body with positive high frequency vibrations.
What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a style of yoga practice that targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice.
Suitable for almost all levels, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.
Each posture in Yin Yoga is usually held up to 5 min or so. However, if you're very new to this I recommend you start with the 1-2 min holds until you feel more confident in your posture. If you're more of an advanced yogi then feel free to pause the video and hold each pose longer.
Yin Yoga has many amazing benefits but below are some of the key benefits you may begin to feel after a regular yin practice:

Today was one of those days that I really needed some self-love. I cried the entire time, especially during the reclined hero pose. It was something about releasing my quads that I truly needed. I feel lighter and although my eyes are puffy from the tears, I feel renewed and refreshed, which is amazing. I feel so much better and I appreciate you helping me and others all around the world. You truly are a blessing.

I have been stressing the whole day and was almost thinking to not practice yoga today but thank goddess I did it and I am feeling relaxed now. I am gonna do meditation now. It's nirvana. Trust me❤ thankyou❤

I do it once a day in the morning or afternoon. I do my ankle exercises durning Lunch becaues I have arthritis. I also walk my dog in the evening.

thats one of the most beautiful things about yin yoga, it helps you release all that tension. Tears definitely mean there's energy that had to be released so crying is a good thing. happy u enjoyed it and i hope you felt better afterward

I'm speechless. I finished this Ying Yoga. I cried almost in each posture. But know I feel more energised. Thank you for your channel. This video is in incredible and it's title couldn't be more accurate. It simultaneously calms and revitalizes you more than I thought possible. The best class to ease anxiety and increase flexibility that I have ever taken to date. Another maybe longer or more intermediate Yin class would be awesome!

I rarely comment on KZbin but your yoga has helped me to deal with a lot of issues in my life, especially to control my anger and pick myself back up from negativity .It's also the perfect way to unwind after a long stressful day. I absolutely love this one. Pigeon is my favorite pose. I think it is because it gives me a lot of release from my lower spine where I have scoliosis. Yin yoga has become my absolute favorite. Especially after my workouts for a cool down. Thank you so much.

I feel that way too! Though I was told by an older yogi that folding over is actually dangerous and can pop a bone out of place. I just sit up the whole time or do mermaid 😍

Tears came out of my eyes unexpectedly at the end of the class, not sure why though and don't know if they're happy tears or sad tears... Anyhow, these Yin Yoga classes are amazingly effective, I love it (just like your other videos! :) )

I've been struggling with huge amounts of stress this spring, it was manifesting physically today so I stayed home from work, which made me feel even worse. I'm by no means cured, but this practice gave me some wonderful physical relief and allowed me to accept where I am. Thank you so much!

Due to the asymmetry of my hips I have a constant pain in my spice, neck, waist since the age of 18. Your videos give me hope and strength that I can get relief, as well the courage to fight against it. The way you guide through the classes is very powerful, the yin yoga classes especially because they are meditative and physical at the same time. This class gave me a lot of emotions, old memories that I try to hide, but can’t let it go and the first time I felt I can let those negative feeling go away. I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels that way. Love the philosophy of your life. Thank you for sharing with us.

This would be great, as a Massage therapist I use my arms all the time and find lots of tension throughout my pectorals/minor, subclavius and brachioradialis. Especially through the connective tissue at the front.

I would like to thank you for introducing yin yoga in such a beautiful manner, I have been doing them with you starting from 2017. some of your videos have got constant background guidance, support. They are nice unless you are not new to meditations, I get ready for the pose to be mindful about my breathing, but the guidance distracts rather than helps. I feel like here is now we will stay quiet for at least 1,5 minute, but it never happens. In the middle of the exercise I decided to turn off the sound and continue doing with you as to win my emotions as well. The practice was amazing as many of the others you do. I hope my comment will give you also some honest feedback that it is not for everyone the guidance without any pause is helpful. When you practice mindfulness for a long time, all you want is stillness and maybe you would like to do you future yin yoga practices again in the manner it used to be before: a bit guidance and stillness to enjoy the pose ❤❤❤❤❤

While in pigeon pose I came to the simple but profound realization that if I want to progress and reach my goals, I need to drop self hatred and focus on self love. The only thing holding myself back is me. I have the power to instill self love into every moment of my existence. Like you said, focusing on gratitude attracts positive energy and more things to be grateful for. Thank you ❤

I've been told for years that yoga was something I needed in my life - the connection of mind/\body I had missed. I was literally transfixed when I saw your first video, the power workout. Sincerely appreciate the heart you put into your work - I wish you could see even for a second what It's like for me when I watch your movement and strength. I may not express it physically, but if you really want to focus, doesn't it seem possible for our minds and bodies to simultaneously coexist in harmony. Like my daughter says, falling in love with the rain :)

Thank you Juliana. This practice truly released negative energy, thoughts and tightness in my muscles. I found myself looking externally at situations in my life that have hurt me. But, it wasn't until I saw my hurting of my own self by my own actions that I truly felt a release. Tears came and it was a relief to face truth. Thank you for sharing. MAKE YOURSELF!!!! aaaaahhhhhh...honestly, this quick flow is almost humbling, in the best sense of the word. I began this practice looking for a quick way to check off my daily dose of self health. Somewhere between the first child's pose and the first yin pose, I surrendered to this week, this day, this minute. Very grateful for the calming, nurturing energy this video gave me.

I true use your videos for practice. Never gone to a class and I don’t feel like I have to go to a class. I work 12 or more hours a day and don’t usually have time. So your videos make me feel fantastic after I do one of your any classes of Yoga. Love your vids, and you change my life making it better, making me a better person, to help others have a better life and help others and so on, and so on and so on

wow! such a beautiful yoga session! I had been feeling a small but very uncomfortable pain in my left glute much like a pinched nerve, for quite some time now. Intuitively I always knew that it was a deep emotional wound I had been carrying with me. When we did the pigeon pose on the left bend, I felt the stretch in my glute, and immediately began to cry. It was such an incredible release! I truly am grateful for having you there to guide me through it, you kept saying "allow any emotion to be released" and it all just came washing over me. I feel so light and filled with hope and positivity! Thank you
