Today was one of those days that I really needed some self-love. I cried the entire time, especially during the reclined hero pose. It was something about releasing my quads that I truly needed. I feel lighter and although my eyes are puffy from the tears, I feel renewed and refreshed, which is amazing. I feel so much better and I appreciate you helping me and others all around the world. You truly are a blessing.

I do it once a day in the morning or afternoon. I do my ankle exercises durning Lunch becaues I have arthritis. I also walk my dog in the evening.

thats one of the most beautiful things about yin yoga, it helps you release all that tension. Tears definitely mean there's energy that had to be released so crying is a good thing. happy u enjoyed it and i hope you felt better afterward

I true use your videos for practice. Never gone to a class and I don’t feel like I have to go to a class. I work 12 or more hours a day and don’t usually have time. So your videos make me feel fantastic after I do one of your any classes of Yoga. This video is in incredible and it's title couldn't be more accurate. It simultaneously calms and revitalizes you more than I thought possible. The best class to ease anxiety and increase flexibility that I have ever taken to date. Another maybe longer or more intermediate Yin class would be awesome!

Due to the asymmetry of my hips I have a constant pain in my spice, neck, waist since the age of 18. Your videos give me hope and strength that I can get relief, as well the courage to fight against it. The way you guide through the classes is very powerful, the yin yoga classes especially because they are meditative and physical at the same time. This class gave me a lot of emotions, old memories that I try to hide, but can’t let it go and the first time I felt I can let those negative feeling go away. I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels that way. Love the philosophy of your life. Thank you for sharing with us.

I absolutely love this one. Pigeon is my favorite pose. I think it is because it gives me a lot of release from my lower spine where I have scoliosis. Yin yoga has become my absolute favorite. Especially after my workouts for a cool down. Thank you so much.

While in pigeon pose I came to the simple but profound realization that if I want to progress and reach my goals, I need to drop self hatred and focus on self love. The only thing holding myself back is me. I have the power to instill self love into every moment of my existence. I feel that way too! Though I was told by an older yogi that folding over is actually dangerous and can pop a bone out of place. I just sit up the whole time or do mermaid 😍

This would be great, as a Massage therapist I use my arms all the time and find lots of tension throughout my pectorals/minor, subclavius and brachioradialis. Especially through the connective tissue at the front.

wow! such a beautiful yoga session! I had been feeling a small but very uncomfortable pain in my left glute much like a pinched nerve, for quite some time now. Intuitively I always knew that it was a deep emotional wound I had been carrying with me. When we did the pigeon pose on the left bend, I felt the stretch in my glute, and immediately began to cry. It was such an incredible release! I truly am grateful for having you there to guide me through it, you kept saying "allow any emotion to be released" and it all just came washing over me. I feel so light and filled with hope and positivity! Thank you

I've been told for years that yoga was something I needed in my life - the connection of mind/\body I had missed. I was literally transfixed when I saw your first video, the power workout. Sincerely appreciate the heart you put into your work - I wish you could see even for a second what It's like for me when I watch your movement and strength. I may not express it physically, but if you really want to focus, doesn't it seem possible for our minds and bodies to simultaneously coexist in harmony. This is one of my fav yoga practices.I tried a more dynamic one previous but had to stop.Im going through perimenopause and sometimes get very weak in my arms.I fell to my knees and cried my eyes out.I wanted to do yoga so bad as I do everyday.So I thought maybe my body needs a more restorative yoga practice.So I did this one.I felt the negativity I had melt away and feel calm and definitely benefited from this.So proud of my body for telling me what it needed.So proud also that I persisted x Thanku so much from my heart to yours for all you do for me everyday x

I just want you to know that I’ve been following you since like 2017, and have my favorite classes that i often visit. I haven’t done this yin yoga class in a couple of years, and just decided to do it tonight… i had sooo many beautiful downloads about my body and my practice. This one was a game changer for me. I’ve suffered with severe lower back issues since i was in my mid teens. Although i’ve since discovered hamstrings were central to the problem (but only after 30 years of pain!), this session’s made me aware of how much that was linked to all that was likely going on in my life. Thank you for opening my eyes!

Thank you so much, my daughter had a car accident a few days ago - she suffered a broken collarbone and 3 fractured vertebrae, but is now home from hospital. I needed a gentle workout and I truly felt more positive and very grateful after your practice. The music was so uplifting too 💗

Thanks as always, this practice made me realize to let go all the negative thoughts about my life and that it's important to not let them affect me everyday. I've started doing your practices a few days ago and finally sleep, I had insomnia for almost a month now, but after your practices I finally been able to start letting go. Thanks from the bottom of my heart, you help a lot of people. I send you good vibes ❤️✨

I just started doing yoga and I tried this class for the first time - I almost started to cry in pigeon pose. Not because it hurt, but because it was such a relief for my mind! WOW! This feeling was just incredible. THANK YOU so much for this class. I will definitely come back to this and do this more often
