YOB is probably my favorite band, and this album was the first I really listened to a lot. Great stuff, would recommend to everyone their entire discography. Atma and The Unreal Never Lived are musts, Clearing the Path to Ascend is my favorite album of all time (so far)

I really feel like Yob is very spiritual, meaning it has an introspective effect on me. Phenomenal band. 'Marrow' is my favorite track of theirs.

I was in a band with Mike Scheidt in 1987 when he was 16 and I was 17. He was more eclectic and I was more mainstream Shred and Hard Rock/Metal.
