Good pain or bad pain? Wrist pain is very common in yoga, movement and day to day life. This is due to many reasons from your movement practice to your keyboard on your computer. The intention of this video is to help prevent wrist pain and injury as well as give you practical tips on what to do to heal it.

I have been practicing yoga for many years ... sometimes with wrist pane and sometimes there wasn‘t any for a couple of weeks. Nevertheless I wasn’t willing to accept that and practice through the pain... which is nonsense. I always did wrist warm up when it was part of your video... but didn’t do it when I practiced on my own. I changed that! I have been warming up my wrists over the last 2 to 3 months. No more wrist pain - it makes such a difference! Thank you, guys❤️

Thank you for filling in things my instructors left out! This saved my wrists and my yoga practice! I was about to quit! I incorporated this today, and was pain free in my hands/wrist for the first time. Much gratitude as a beginner to know I can keep practicing.

Glad you guys posted this video, I started practicing February of 2020 so almost a year now and I started to notice only last month that my wrists were starting to hurt, especially my right wrist which was making things like side plank on the right side rather difficult. But the good news is it’s on the inside of the wrist so I will work on the tips presented here

Yes perfect timing! My wrist has been hurting lately. I haven’t practice for 2 weeks and the pain came. Now it hurts. Will do this weekly to see if it’s good treatment.

Thank you for this video! I had been having wrist pain for months, trying stretch/strengthening, etc and finally went to a doctor a few weeks ago. I had a steroid injection and it is SO much better! But now I am really focusing on strengthening so I do not have that level of pain again.

It's kind of funny how you tell this in almost every youtube class but somehow I thougt I don't need to do this... until I suddenly had a sharp pain in my outside wrist in my practice. It luckily went away quickly when I started following your cues. But this really made me think about why I and humans in general always think they know it better until they experience some kind of failure with their way of doing something ...

How timely! I've been using another Breathe and Flow video as a part of my morning movement practice for the 75Hard Challenge, and my wrist has started bugging me. The index finger thumb emphasis is clutch!

Very important information. 12 years ago I formed a bubble on my left wrist, the doctor drained it out, I haven't see it since, but we humans ignore the little parts of the body like feet ankles and wrist. 👍🏿

Carpal tunnel here, and another awesome tip if you're on the keyboard a lot is to wear wrist splints while typing.

we'll consider it. however the knee is far more complex especially when it comes to the reason of pain.

first off, thank you for all the wonderful content! I've been getting wrist pain but on the top of my wrist... is that common? I feel like it might be something to do with strain in the muscle or tendon but I'm not sure! I've been incorporating these kinds of tips already about spreading weight better through the hands, are there any other tips you would give? thanks!

The pain my wrist is on the top. I have full mobility as far as I can tell but my whole body is very weak. I also do my stretches in bed, does that increase strain on the wrist?

Hello. Thank you for the video. I feel a lot of pain from 1 month now in the part of my hand just before the wrist, in the middle. I can't even do downward facing dog. Are there options using bricks to alleviate the pain?

Hi, will you make a sequence for elbow strength please. Whenever I do ashtanga namaskar or chaturang dandasan, I feel some pinching pain or heaviness in my left elbow. Pain doesn't sustain but it makes me modify or stop those poses. Please help me if possible.
