I've done the 30 days of yoga challenge, and now I'm doing this one for 23 days straight. I feel so much better physically and mentally. I found myself doing some stretches I've never done before. If you are struggling, please don't stop. We all have bad days. After the practice today, i tried and i succeeded doing bakasana. Thank you Adriene.

When I started this series I thought it would be "yoga boot camp"....it's actually mind camp, heart camp, soul camp. That's tougher, and also, I think, more helpful. Been at this series for a couple months, btw. Shout out to those of us who miss days! Because Life!

I really don’t know why, but this day got to me. Finished this session crying on my mat, out of relief, sorrow, forgiveness, redemption. So many years of hating my body and putting it through hell, and I apologized to it. This mantra was so powerful to me. I feel secure in my body. I am not going to hurt my body, and my body is not going to hurt me.

My dogs now know the closing music...if I am doing more than one video I have to hurry and stop the video otherwise they assume I'm done and storm the mat!!! Lol...

Adriene, I've been doing a video per night of yours for the past few months and you have honestly changed my life. I'm so much more of an aware, enlightened individual because of you. This practice in particular really spoke to me. In 2 days time I'm moving from England to Tokyo for a year abroad of university study, away from all of my family and loved ones, and emotionally today has been such a tough day for me so it was a real struggle to get to the mat at all, but once I saw the title, it spoke to me so so much and I instantly felt better after this practice. Thank you so much for everything ♥︎

Always grateful for the advice and mantras your given,e/us and your goofiness. We also need to laugh instead of being in our heads all the time and the craziness of this world the past 2 years and be secure in your body and not medicine or doctors pressing and pushing our own judgement. Cause let us all go back to our own and inner voice that makes us secure. And as you mentioned when that plank or that crow pose feels like a cup of thee it’s makes you feel secured after all these years practicing with you. So thank you.

Day 23! Finally made it to the map. Day 22 was nearly two weeks ago. Job ended six days ago but yeah, I am here today and it seems appropropiate to return to "I am secure." I have to say having maintained a consistent practice with Adriene between May and October (2019) helped me to weather an unstable November. Even during the days I did not make it to the mat, and there were a number of them last month, I managed to remain fairly calm. Thank you Adriene. 💜

I've been doing a lot of soul searching, self inquiry and healing, recognizing and coming back into wholeness and it's just wonderful! Yoga with you Adrienne, has been such a huge support and transformation ritual and tool, your heart, authenticity and kindness, the energy of the community! I feel like with friends and it feels nice, given I've been so lonely for a good while. I'm deeply grateful, thank you! And today's practice was a bit messy, but also really healing, I felt like a part of my inner child found Home again 🙏🥰 I am secure! ❤️‍🔥🌹🦁🗡️⛲🍯💃🦢

I’m 61 and have had back and knee problems requiring surgery in the past. I’ve tried different exercise routines, some helped, some made things worse. I’ve been practising with Adrienne’s yoga routines for 4 months now and the difference is amazing both to body and mind. Wish I’d tried yoga years ago. I’ve always been fairly fit, active and flexible but I can do so much more now than I ever thought possible at the start. Thanks Adrienne. You’re a bright light on a dark day.

I am Securely surrounded by Love.. I know it's okay not to be perfect, in fact I've found "perfection" within the imperfections. I know it's okay to feel, to experience all within my heart- sharing my struggles as well as my strengths with those I love. I am secure in the fact that I have an incredible family, amazing friends, an unbelievably loving husband, a puppy I cherish, and a life that has been blessed in more ways than I can count. I love what I do, and I am honored to share my gifts with the world; I sing, dance and act.. And wear my heart on my sleeve.Today I'm taking time to honor all of that 🙏🏼Namaste - it's Monday - the gifts of the universe are limitless - find yours- own it and share it with the world💞

I literally came up here feeling insecure with a comment my uncle made ( not with bad intentions, just likes to pick on people) but anyways I cried myself through this affirmation saying I am secure *BAHHHH sobbing* lol. This affirmation speaks to me more than just my uncles comment. So thank you again

Looking forward to today's practice ❤ I can now practice with my eyes closed for almost the entire practice. It makes it that more relaxing, special, and helps me focus. I practice outside in my tiny balcony, so I get seen every day by neighbors I'm sure. So having my eyes closed helps let go of that part of me that's still worrying about what people are thinking about me.

I am doing these consecutively, but not daily. Some days none, 1, 2 and today 3. Fun mystery, for practicing alone, to not know in advance what sort of practice will result. Made my hiding from Cofid day. ❤️

Unlike your 30 days of yoga last year, I feel like more of these practices have been relaxing and meditative. I didn't think I was working myself too hard until today when I did chaturanga for the first time ever!!! I also feel incredibly strong in plank now. It snuck up on me, and it didn't feel like work. Thank you!

230 days of yoga, I feel secure in that Yoga has become a daily habit. Sure some days are harder than others, when the body feels a bit stiff and achy or when you are in a small hotel-room and keep bumping into side tables and stuff (just like today, had to rearrange some furniture mid-session). But it never feels forced, it is just part of the daily routine. Thanks!

Well I have to admit it took me a while today to seize the affirmation... “I am secure” Am I ? “I feel secure” Do I ? Is not that I don’t want, but I don’t tend to. Consciously I want to, but sub-consciously I’m more (or I used to be more) the kind of person that freak out about things and how they could go wrong, being anxious about what will be, always thinking about the “what if”... And then your calm, the practice, the safe environment, breathing deep inside, the sun rising, everything became clear, such an epiphany... How much time have I spent worrying about things and how they could get wrong anytime rather then enjoying the ride??? How could I be that person??? “Everyone down to extended child pose”, you said. And there I am: a child again. And children feel secure, they are secure, because we parents are there for them to be secure. What changes in adult life? Or better, why things should change in adult life? I want my children to feel secure, to be secure, and for that I have to be secure myself. And I have not a single one acceptable reason not to be secure. So it’s now 11 hours past the daily mat, and I eventually seized my mantra. “I can be secure” And it will feel good Namaste 🙏 [owe you so much...]

I’ve been carrying an injury and been following along with yoga camp anyway adjusting as I need to but pretty much sticking to the practice you lead! Today I decided “I am secure” to lead my own practice to tend to my glute sprain (youch). I did my own thing but had the video running listening to your beautiful nuggets of inspiration and advice. So much love for you and the YWA community- namaste 🙏

I was sick and had to take a day to rest. I'm back on my mat today and am secure in my body and mind. I am secure with the help of my friends, family, and communities I'm in. I hope everyone else here could feel secure too with this practice. namaste

Late to the party for this 30Day Journey, but this session really spoke to me. The pandemic has affected me monetarily speaking to where I'm having to moving back with my parents, and this mantra and practice really settled my soul within of not only shifting my mentality of being "insecure," but also feeling *secure* that I have loving support system to be there for me when I may not be at my highest point. When I first began yoga, I would cringe if I saw a video over "20 minutes"... I'd have to pause, take breaks, just because I couldn't calm my mind or body down. Today, as I just finished a 37 minute yoga practice, I was wishing it wouldn't end. BUT, Adrienne has taught me that it's not just on my mat where I practice, but it's throughout the day, everyday, is when my practice is done. Thank you Adrienneeeeeeee!

Started out with the mantra “I will try to feel secure”, by the middle of the practice I started saying “I am trying to feel secure” and at the last minute of the practice I said “I am secure”. Lovely

Also for any trauma sufferers out there, Adriene's teachings are very hand in hand with what is recommended out there for such a thing. On top of her lovely way of being I highly recommend giving this a go with Adriene as your guide.

My body was so light, and the practice was si easy, i'm loving this, and i do the shoulder stand after every practice, and now i'm doing it perfectly and thinking of moving to hand stand pose, the transition from down dog to lunge becam easier and i'm not losing my flow any more. Much love and respect❤

With all my heart, thank you Adriene for been here. I'm doing yoga with Adriene for 6 months now and so many things have changed in my body, my mind and my life. Now yoga is so important for my life that I'm trying to pass this to all my friends every day. One week ago I was in a festival and my friend was feeling pain in Lower back. We started doing yoga and some people that never made yoga joined us. I was so happy and so proud of me because I guided them. My friend was free of pain and all the people thanks me for that moment. So special and so intense.

Thank you Adriene for another amazing yoga practice. I needed this mantra of "I feel secure" as I prepare for a new venture at work. I also needed the twists today for a pinchy SI joint. Lol. I am feeling so strong and mentally healthy from these 23 days of yoga. When you talked about plank feeling easy, that's where I'm at now. Strong core and loving it. Thank you for taking us on this journey.

I have had sciatica for three weeks which has hindered my usual exercise/general movement, but last week I got back into Camp. Today I feel no sciatic pain but my lower back is stiff ... and my shoulders ache from yesterday’s push ups. Today this was a great practice, but I really need to loosen my back up again - forward fold is not my happy place this morning and will try again throughout today to find my bender self. But ... I feel secure that I will feel better, that I make choices that are right for me and I am secure that it is okay to change my mind about those choices. I am secure that you have my back. Thanks, Namaste. 🙏😌

I think this is one of my favourite 30 days of yoga....I love the mantras and it focuses everything. I plan on writing all the mantras on my fridge so I can finish these sentences when I wake up in the morning and am making coffee. To set the day on the positive path. I have been doing yoga with Adriene almost everyday for 3 years now. It has helped me commit to a daily practice, and I feel so grateful for the free content, ability to practice in my home, and the freedom that comes with that. Thank you.

+Yoga With Adriene, thank you so much for today. Felt a sense of sadness and disconnect as I came home from work, without really understanding why. Further more, I've found my meditation practise really difficult, thoughts, judgment and analyzings kept showing up. Then, I did today's yoga camp. The mantra was extremely hard for me, but so helpful. when we lied down in X shape I started acknowledging what was going on. Obsessive thoughts and judgment are Ego signs for me (or Suboutures signs, for whoever read "Positive Intelligence"). Thank you for helping me today. I'm very grateful for this practise.

I love laughing during practice, so thank you Adriene! I really enjoyed this, I even ended up staying an extra breath in plank which is still not easy but it's definitely less hard. I gotta say, I LOVE down dog and feeling my shoulders spiralling out (and my thighs spiralling in, but I love the shoulders more)! This mantra helped to remind me of all the security I have even when things are changing.

I've done yoga off and on for the past 20 years, but I realized today that I've never done as much yoga as I'm doing now. I've probably never done more than once a week for 8 weeks, then I drop off. I am feeling stronger than ever in the plank, and little things are starting to feel easier. Today was yummy and I was smiling the whole time, looking for more challenges. Can't wait for tomorrow!

I don't know about planking, but I *have* noticed that core exercises are MUCH easier to do, which is HUGE for me, because I've always had a weak core for most of my life. As I said in a previous installment in the series, I couldn't do situps as a kid and monkey bars were a no-go. I didn't know why that was and thought I was just weird until I started working out at a boxing gym in high school (I will be 25 on October 19th, 2020). WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO MY CORE, ADRIENE? You must have added a lot of "sneaky" core moves when I was trying to get the other poses down. Now core exercises are starting to become...enjoyable? I'm 98% sure this is the best shape my core has ever been. Even when I was working out constantly at the gym, I look back and realize that I hadn't been giving my weak core the TLC it so desperately needed. Thank you, Adriene, and Namaste! 🌟

This was seriously the best day so far! I loved every last minute of it, could totally give in to the practice and couldn't believe how much was happening at the same time on the inside. You definitely did something incredibly honest and authentic with this one. I feel a deep deep connection. To the universe. To myself. I am secure.

Adriene, you are one of the reasons I strongly believe that every being in the universe is connected. You somehow just know which manthra I need for the day.( And it doesn't stop there. Even for my back pain or if i pulled a muscle somewhere. ) Thank you for your kind words and guidance. I can speak on behalf of the entire community- we really appreciate it!

Dear Fellow Campers, I am secure in knowing that creating new, healthy and wholesome habits makes space for more positivity, security, peace and love to flow into my life because it's happening! Love, Maunazu (the "new thing" that came up for me in mountain pose -- mauna means mountain in Hawaiian and I guess this new name is a twist on my given name :)

I'm building a zen garden at the food forest/farm that I work at. We planted bamboo yesterday, and in order to keep it from spreading I had to dig a 2ft trench around where we're going to plant. I woke up today feeling like an old man, and this was the perfect practice for me. I was truly making some dad/grandpa noises throughout though, and I hope I didn't wake my roommates.

Did this yoga while in normal clothes as I hadn’t done my yoga camp for the day just before a date with my boyfriend, who I haven’t seen for nearly 2 months because of the corona virus. It was a interesting experience doing warrior pose with a pleated maxi skirt on 😂❤️

When I started this, I was a newbie and very tired after every practice. Now I can't wait to get home from work to do my practice. I feel much more secure in my poses and don't immediately start sweating in down dog. Thank you for that. I always assumed because I'm heavy this would be unachievable, but I'm going strong.

I felt really empowered! At firs couldn't resonate with the mantra, so I adapted it: I feel secure of my body strength, I feel secure of the love I recieve and I give ... Planks are feeling a Little bit easier, which is awesome. I'm starting to be more and more flexible.... I'm so happy right now! Namaste :D

In time i have accepted downward facing dog as my shivasana. The best yoga pose for me. Helps you relax and deep stretch your lower body at the same time.

I felt calm and strong during this practice, especially during that last plank. I don't know who I've become haha, enjoying planks #crazy, but I guess this is what they call progress and I love noticing that in what my own body and mind! Thank you for creating this journey for me Adrienne!

Wow, after shoveling myself out, I didn't want to do anything however "I'm Secure" and I showed up. Thanks, this was a much needed session.

OMG.. I finally felt strong enough to at least TRY chattaronga (?) And Up Dog. It wasn't pretty but it's closer than I ever thought I'd be. I did the very first 30 days over about 40 days, ending the day before I had a hysterectomy. Then I had to take 6 weeks off. Scheduled my follow-up for the exact 6 week mark. Got the all clear, Came home and immediately jumped in the pool. Started the 30 days of Home that night and then moved to Camp for the next 30. Thank you Adrienne for so many options that fit every Body. And for your humor and warmth that keeps me coming back every day!!

I've just made it to 150 days of yoga (with 15 missed). I'm 50 yrs old now and after 30 years of a 'rock and roll-ish' lifestyle... I couldn't done this without Adriene... and I can't bear to miss a day without her. Adriene: you have changed my life... and I'm enjoying every minute of it... THANK YOU with all my heart and soul !

I took a bit of a hiatus due to two weeks of visiting relatives. I was able to keep up with practice until about the 5th day of company. Today I pick back up from where I left off. I got the chance to go buy my yoga block today too! ( it was a reward I owed myself for making it to day 15 - straight). Not sure we'll use it in today's practice but I am excited to finally reconnect with myself and all of you yogis out there! Bring on day 23-30!
