I had an amazing experience in this practice: as I was sitting up straight , knees apart and holding to my ankles (forgot the name of the pose!) a hummingbird came really close to my face and just stayed there for a couple of seconds, me and the bird sharing this amazing peaceful moment. WOW!

Build day 14🎉 every day I can feel myself getting stronger, my shoulder isn't better yet, but it's getting there, yay. Hopefully, soon I will be back to being to do the whole pracetice again🤞. Thank you, Adriene, for this practice. 💖🧘🏼‍♀️🙏🏻

@@simplyyyfab_u_lous_3266 hey yogi friend, ✋🏻, I can't believe we are halfway through April already😱. My shoulder is starting to feel so much better, it's still a little sore so still no downward dog or full planks, but listening to my body has been such a good lesson and learning to take it easy, although it hasn't been easy it has been beneficial for recovery. Having said that I'm hoping by the end of this week 🤞🏻 I will be able to do a full practice.💖🙏🏻

Half way through I said I can't do this anymore and I paused the video. I was in child pose for about three minutes just breathing and I looked back up at the video. I said yeah I'm tired but I can do this. I took one last breath and finished the video. I AM STRONG. Yeah, my arms are sore from the gym this morning but I finished the video as best as I could. YES!

I think my favorite thing is that you never tell me when it's going to be hard, and you don't use words like "hard" and "difficult" in general, so I'm tricked into loving the routine haha

Adriene, I've been doing yoga with you for about 6 months now. I started this past winter during a pretty awful time I was going through, riddled with anxiety and depression that had resulted in a few unhealthy addictions as well. I had never been a fan of yoga: everytime I'd tried doing it, it had left me unsatisfied & annoyed because none of the instructors I'd watched ever seemed to have much of a grasp on their audience. Everything was either way too fast, way too slow, awful at explaining things properly, unfriendly, etc. Honestly, I never thought yoga would be anything I cared about. Then I found you. When I first started doing your videos...I was crap. I couldn't breathe properly, I had to take breaks every other pose, there were MANY poses I couldn't even begin to wrap my mind around, not to mention it was all incredibly exhausting. All in all, I felt pretty hopeless as a yogi. And yet...I stayed. I don't know what it is about you, but YOU are one of the most genuine, beautiful, empowering, and inspiring people I have ever known. With your encouragement & guidance, I've gotten better. A LOT better. This journey has grown me in so many awesome ways, and helped me find strength I never even knew I had. I am also closer to God than I have ever been in my life, and with Him, and you on my side, I am cultivating more love, faith, true happiness, and inner peace than ever before. It is amazing. I am writing this because I didn't feel like doing yoga tonight. I did it anyway. Through strength, stability, lots of sweat, and the incredible power of the breath...I OWNED Day 25. And I just wanna say... Thank you, Adriene. You are truly a gift to this world.

After day 4 of shoveling snow, I was feeling pretty wiped by the time I got to my mat this evening. I really wanted to do this practice, but realized it was too intense for me today. I chose to substitute it with one of your gentle, bedtime yoga videos instead. Here's to being good to your body and acknowledging when you need a break!!!

Goddess pose on this was crazy haha, my entire being was shaking when we lifted both heels off the ground. Clenching my fists at the end and then letting it go was awesome, I could physically feel the energy in my hands and forearms and feel it leave me, shooting out of my fingertips, when I let go.

I did it! I did crow pose!! With both feet!! Then, I started laughing on my joy, and I fell! Hahaha! But, the important thing is that I did it, because I'm strong, because with love and patience everything can be achieve. Because I'm doing progress, always moving forward. Really, Adriene, this pose looked to me as impossible for so long :) Thank you!

Thank you for this awesome work out! I am 53 and I feel so empowered and happy! This series is exactly what I wanted to learn after last years 30 days of yoga series. That taught me so much about yoga poses and my own strength. This series has taught me how to go deeper, my meditation before I start my video in the morning is so much better, more focused and in turn I have opened up to a new business venture and more opportunities seem to present themselves to me. My hubby is pretty happy with the change in me too, 26 years and counting! Yoga works, for EVERYTHING!

This was so intense but still amazing and so empowering. Thank you so much for the support through out the whole video, there were definitely a lot of times when the going got tough but i kept going because I now see that I am strong. This journey has been wonderful and it keeps on getting better with each video. Yes!!!!!!

Day 25! I've attempted many challenges before, but Yoga Camp is about to be the first 30 day challenge I've ever completed without missing a day. Thank you for this beautiful, balanced practice that is challenging, yet so gentle! And, thank you for being someone I look forward to seeing every day! You make it so easy for me to make it to the mat each day. I love you, Adriene! 💞

Hello everyone 🤗 Goddess pose is soo not as easy at it looks. I closed my eyes to dig deep from the burning throughout my entire body, and even then it was like I was sitting in fire! During the asana, I wondered: "Isn't this how Goddess Kali is usually depicted in most of her pictures/statues? It makes sense since so powerful!" When I couldn't take it anymore, I opened my eyes, and you were looking directly at me/us (I was at the thumbnail part of this video) while smiling, and I felt something inside of me bow to you. 🙏 It's such a powerful thing to see someone thrive (or even appear to be okay) during a time when everyone else is quitting/suffering. I failed to maintain the pose (and I was barely able to keep up during the whole practice), but since I don't bring my ego to practice, it gave me clarity in the realization that I have much to learn, plenty to get stronger, and things to focus on outside of yoga practice to fix (like lack of sleep, overtraining, energetically draining people) that take away from things that really matter to me; so I redirect my energy and focus to the things that matter. I am strong because I simplify. 💪

I have been doing Yoga for four months, and when we dropped down into that wide legged squat, I was stunned by how strong I am now. I could have stayed there all day. Like a rock! Thanks Adriene!

Today's mantra was magic! For the first time in my life I was able to do the crow pose and hold it for a few seconds... I know nothing fancy but my eyes filled up with tears, I couldn't believe I could really do this! Thank you Adriene for showing me these wonders... :)

this has been the most rewarding and, strangely, most emotional practice so far for me. i even had a little bit of a cry afterwards. at the beginning of yoga camp, i wouldn't have been able to do this without taking a bit of a break. my heels now touch the mat, i feel so much more flexible and although i can't do crow pose quite yet, i know i've made progress. i feel so much stronger!

I have been loving Yoga Camp SOOOOOOOO MUCH! The mantra that has been with me every day is: GO WITH THE FLOW. I tend to be a bit apprehensive, like to meet deadlines a day early if possible, do a million things in one day and I also have the all or nothing personality. So accepting that last Sunday was just a no-workout-what-so-ever day and now being a day behind and being OK with it, definitely is challenging; just facing value and acknowledging that deadlines sometimes are met late and the world still keeps turning pretty smoothly and that it doesn't make me a less professional person is not something I am necessarily comfortable with, but at least it's not stressing me out. But to go with the flow for me personally is also a great teacher to surrender to God's will and allowing him to be in charge. Just today I had decided to move my practice to the evening instead of doing it in the morning and ended up doing day 25 instead of 24; in the middle of the practice when holding a high lounge I became aware that I would not have enjoyed this practice as much at 5 am than I did now, being stronger and more awake at the end of the day. To me that is God putting everything in its place just the way it's best for me.

I am doing this series in order as Adriene is maybe my best pandemic friend I will never meet. Today, day 25, was right after my twice weekly cardio pain workout. It took some heavy breathing and feels good now.

Dau 25! So amazing how mucha simple mantra can affect one's practice. I really felt strong, even managing crow once for over 10 seconds. No hamstring or hip/thigh area discomfort today. Just a little bit of turbulence on the left wing when a sneezing fit came over me while doing airplane arms. 🤣💜. #IAmStrong

Hot damn, I AM strong!!! I love and adore all of your video's, but the workout type routines of yours are my absolute favorite. I'm left feeling energized, strong, relaxed, AND stretched out. Well that was intense! I’m proud to think and see how strong I have become over months of YWA. I really pushed myself today trying some of the extended poses and it felt strong and totally amazing. Thank you 🙏

Thank You Adriene. I am feeling maxed out after today's morning 10k long run. I rested in the child pose after 10 min but told myself that I am strong & today I listened to my body to give myself some rest. I have started distance running also. After doing YWA for over 8 months I have got the physical, mental & emotional courage to dedicate myself to train for running a 5k by the year end. Lots of love to you Adriene & all the YWA community. You all are amazing.

Build, April 14, 2024. A very chill, overcast and rainy day. Perfect for a day of rest. Today's practice wasn't as taxing as I thought it would be (no pun on upcoming taxes intended, but will go with it) and didn't feel overworked at all. Not sure if I'm getting stronger or I didn't push myself enough. I'm just going to go with my ever building strength through my consistent daily yoga practice. Loving it! 😊💙🖤✨

When I started this 25 days ago I could barely pull up into down dog because I had let myself get weak through bad eating and not working out at all. Today, I was able to do all the work!!! I can't get into crow yet, but that is my next goal. Thank you Adriene for sharing this on KZbin for us to all do.

That focal point for crow is everything. Today was the second time in the past few weeks I've gotten my feet off the floor in which I get excited, look away, and fall. It's all good though, I'm getting there. Yesssssssssssssss.

Day 25! I am strong! This mantra is my favourite, I've said it lots of times while doing yoga with these practices or on my own. I am really strong! I feel the changes in my body, I feel more capable than before, I feel great. Thank you for this gift.

I skipped a day because of time restraints and boy, was it a good decision. I was crying a few times this morning because of stress and wondering whether I have made the worst decision in my life leave in leaving an unhappy relationship to live alone. Then this video shows up and at the perfect time too. I am strong, and yes, I can do this!

I used the mantra a lot this session! I feel great after that. I did 30 days of yoga before I started 30 days of yoga camp and I can tell a huge difference from where I was and where I am now! Thank you Adriene for helping me get stronger and be healthier.

Oh my! After a “trying” week of thanksgiving travel, a lot went bad and some good, I really needed this one. I am thankful, I am grateful, and apparently I am strong, but not as strong as Mishler.🧘🏻‍♂️🙏

BUILD 🔥 | April 14, 2024 | I don't believe I've done this one before but I do feel stronger now! Build is setting us up for a strong summer! I definitely felt that goddess pose as my legs were a bit sore from another workout. 🙏

It's awesome! When I started I was saying the mantra all normal like "I am strong" but by the end of it I found myself surprised saying "Man! I am strong!" I am loving this yoga journey ❤️

I so so so love your teaching style. Once I started doing your classes I realized that I always experienced yoga as stiff and rigid with a right and a wrong way. But the right way doesn't always feel good or work for me. Your classes feel good and let me relax. Thank you!

A few days ago I was having trouble with the mantra because I could only think of negative things I surround myself with, but I'm happy to say that each day since then has been a big improvement... today especially! Thanks Adriene, I'm really enjoying yoga camp!

I was able to hold crow today for about 3 seconds! Also my feet *almost* touch the floor in stage squat!💪🏼

I was worried about today's practice because I have been very sore over the last few days. I find that the longer I do yoga the more work the poses are, and that's AWESOME! Every day has been a challenge mentally and physically. I love feeling my body get stronger, and my mind just take me where I need to be on the mat, no matter how tired or sore I am. Today was perfection. Thanks Adriene.

I've been sick with the flu the past 2 days and skipped doing this because I was intimidated by the mantra. Today I pushed myself to do it despite still being sick and having difficylty breating because of colds... but I was amazed at how strong Ive become after 55 days! (30 days + yoga camp). I really enjoyed this one, I felt like I could really open up and things that didn't work out before I could do better this time. Made me feel empowered ♥️ It's my second 30 day challenge and I think little bit already goes a long way.. I feel like we are getting stronger together 😊🙏🏻

This was a quite intensive session (on an Easter Monday morning)! I really focused on my breathing, which gave me extra oxygen and strength. I started with 30 Days of Yoga, now I am heading to the 26th day of Yoga Camp. If you start to like yoga - as I do - I would suggest to immerse yourself a bit more in this physical, mental and spiritual discipline by consulting some websites and-or reading some reference book(s) about yoga practices. Reading about yoga, the beneficial effects, the energy flows, etc, rather than just doing the exercises has been a real eye-opener and extra motivation to me. I love it!

Being super hungover today and having period cramps, I really didnt want to come to the mat today. Especially after reading the mantra of the day... But I did. I showed up for myself and I am so happy I did. But now back to Netflix and Chill, lol. But I did. Thank you Adriene

I've gone through 30 days of yoga twice, this is my first go round of camp. I haven't sweat this much since day 2 of 30 days of yoga. Empowering to get through this one.

That Was Awesome! Definitely felt the heat. I’m still early in my yoga journey so had to give myself a couple short breaks, but what a great feeling! Loving this journey!

Today I held a "sort of" crow pose for a few breaths. Before I could barely get one foot off the mat. I have a long way to go with crow pose but it felt so good to realize how much stronger I've become. Thank you so much Adriene!

Thank you Adriene! I almost didn't get to the mat this morning as was tired and sore as i was decorating yesterday. Who thought it was so hard! Anyway thank you as I am now able to move, feeling strong and am now off to do the second coat on my kitchen! Namaste!

Cue the "Rocky" theme since I am strong... "Yo Adri(ene), I did it!" My feet touched the ground today! I still can't walk up into a lunge, but I'll take what I can get.
