This flow is all about hip mobility, and more specifically hip internal rotation. These movements do not show up often enough in our daily lives or on our yoga mats, but they are extremely important for your hip mobility and brain mapping in general.
➡️ In this video we are going to learn about our hips. This routine is focused on our hip’s internal rotation to help us achieve the best mobility possible.
Due to current changes in the world, our hip mobility is limited so we need to go out of our way to take care of it.
Internal rotation of your hips is important for general brain mapping and hip mobility.
➡️ In this video, we will focus on our hips to help us with balance, and movements that our hips have not experienced often.

Hello,you have helped me so much,my medical history is beyond comprehension, I have developed hamstring tendinopathy, it is extremely painful, I've been resting, but my daughter and grandkids live with me,so real,there's no rest,do you have any videos that could help,thank u for all you do,please keep up the great work

Sorry to hear you're in so much pain. Highly suggest seeking advice from a physical therapist in person who can address your symptoms according to your body.
