I have been a fitgirl and yoga girl since I was 13, and your comment, "Use your muscles, not your ligaments," is the most helpful cue I've had in years - as age and consequential arthritis, snapping joints and ligaments have turned my gumby flexibility to increasing debility....EXCELLENT class, excellent cueing!!!

This was great! Fractured my pelvis in two places 9 weeks ago from Ice Skating, which I have skated my whole life. I was a little nervous doing the squat, but all is well. On my way to complete recovery! Thank you for sharing this practice. Namaste ☺️
