You can follow this entire exercise session on a given day. But initially do these exercises not more than thrice a week. Also, don't forget to follow the lifestyle and nutrition tips at the end of the video. And keep practicing and don't give up! 😊

Namaste Roohi, first please consult your doctor and you can continue with this exercises. For throat problem you can do Jalneti , hot water gargling and do deep breathing. And Roohi, Keep your self relax,calm and enjoy each and every movement of your life.

Actually it's kinda common for gerd patients to feel a lump in the throat.. yoga for gerd is gonna help your throat as well

@@tejuvinnie1168 i think it's all cuz of your sphincter.. your sphincter muscles are probably weak.. you gotta do exercises to strengthen em.. except for downward dogs
