Thank you so much 🙏🏽❤️. It was day 1 for me today, super stiff in my hammies, so was looking for a workout like this, exceeded my expectations. I’ll give you an update on day 30 of doing this yoga. Thank you once again.

I’ve been doing yoga for nearly 20 years, and my hamstrings have never felt so good as after this class. During the video, I was a little skeptical, but throughout the day, my legs felt amazing. Even at the end of the day, my legs weren’t achey, like they normally get. Thank you very much!

Hi Cathy! I just found your channel and really like your video tutorials. I just watched (and tried) your UNLOCK YOUR HAMSTRINGS FAST video and had a couple questions if you would be so kind to elaborate a bit on some instructions given: I never took yoga before, so I am really new to all the terminology and techniques. I have been working out at the gym for many years, have tried all kinds of stretches and movements, but am having a hard time with the Downward Dog/ Folds you are talking about. I am working on different stretches & flexibility exercises to strengthen my ankles, hamstrings, and hips. Many routines teach that if your legs are NOT straight when folding downward, you will NOT be truly stretching your hamstrings (& wasting your time), and perhaps the lower back will be compensating for the lack of flexibility to bring my chest to my thighs? When standing straight and I begin to fold down, I bend slightly my knees so that my chest is very close to my thighs (as you show us to do) as I'm bending straight down; I have no pain in my lower back- which is great, but is that correct, or is it better that I START bending downward with the slightly bent legs, get my torso close to my thighs, but then slowly straighten my legs? Or use a chair or some yoga blocks to have my hands off the ground? If I just bend over with straight legs (after warming up) my hands almost completely touch the floor, but I think I am paying for this later on with pain in my lower back; sometimes intensely if I spent a lot of time in the stretch - or is this somewhat to be expected in the beginning? I'm confused. Also, when doing the Downward Dog, in being further from my legs, I feel the tension in my thighs (& arms) to hold myself up; am I doing something wrong or perhaps need to work more on my planks and arm strength? If you have any suggestions or a beginner's tutorial on how to properly do Downward Dog/ Pancake poses & stretching routines to practice them, I would greatly appreciate a link to those videos. Thank you for your help and wonderful videos! ♥Paj from Italy

Hi! Great questions! In forward folds it's better to have your knees bent, then your legs straight and your pelvis tucked under. I have a great Downward facing dog tutorial on my page named Shoulders explained in Downward Facing Dog that will definitely help with your dd feeling tired in the arms. And I also think the Beginner Yoga class that is 45 mins will be great for you! Hope this helps

Hi. Do u have a yoga flow to release a stiff back, esp if it’s stiffness on one side? Also can u plz tell some yoga exercises for glute strengthening?

Hi! I will make a video for you on glute strengtheners! I have a fantastic video for low back pain- stiffness on one side sounds like the QL so taking some side bends will help- but check out the practice along for yoga for low back pain!
