I've been watch these Elena yoga videos since they first posted. I really do enjoy the whole feel of them. They are fun yet relaxing and I wish there were some longer sessions. It's so hard to find yoga instructors I really enjoy.

Great twists on regular yoga, like the block to enhance hip flexor stretch. I'm a physical therapist and I never saw that one before. I loved the cartoon additions to remind us to breathe or show what was working. Inky is cool! A refreshing yoga vid. I'm looking forwards to more.

I am really glad that I found this session :) It was very soothing for my nerves (music and a dog ;)), I especially value time in position with block and tipping of the straight leg (soo chilling).

This was absolutely great. I’ve been running and my hips have gotten really tight and out of place on my left side. This is the only hip yoga that has actually done something to help opening up my hips!! Thank you so much

Great movement. I’d never done the bridge/block, one knee in and slight up and down with opposite leg, could really feel that. Reminds me of KInstretch.

This was taxing for me, because my hips are not really mobile. I liked the poses and variations. I love the inclusion of the dog and didn't find it distracting at all, but I think I'm used to dogs in yoga videos because of "Yoga with Adriene".

This was perfect for my tight flexors. I love that awareness exercise with the bent knee. Do something for quads next - mine are always barking at me.

Inky is unbelievable cute, but still second cutest in this video. Loved the session, this was so great for my hips and it went at a really reasonable pace. Somehow I came away with my back feeling better as well, so two thumbs up!

Ok, so I have osteoarthritis in my knees and hips and I've had really bad luck with any kind of stretching exercises aggravating the injury. I know not to bend and twist my hips at the same time as that makes it worse but do you think this would be effective for me without making the hip pain worse? Also, you're lil doggie is so adorable. 4:00 That lil hop back in the dog bed is so cute.

Hey, thanks for the question! If you have any concerns it’s always best to ask your doctor. This hip session is meant to be accessible, and I would always say to move at your own pace and do what feels right for your body.

@@elenac4077 Thank you. I'll give it a try but I will find someone locally to help guide me. Ya the doctors weren't much help. They just want to prescribe prescribe prescribe and the stretching they recommended me put me down for 3 days. Thank you for the advice, I'll let you know how it goes.
