As a runner, this was sooo needed! Your focus on the breath, nervous system, and birds in the back was incredibly soothing and helpful. Hearing birds chirping tells our nervous system that we're safe because it means that there aren't predators and danger around. 🙏 thank you for this beautiful practice. What a gift! Would love to see more yoga for runners from you

The foot twist while moving I between the lunge and hamstring stretch was life changing!! I have never done that before.. ever. And I need it so much! Thank you!!

This was so doable, I am so tight, I usually find it impossible to do odd yoga poses, but these were very manageable! Please do more videos Elena!

Great class for runners. I really like the focus on meaningful moves and poses without getting too “namaste” on us. Would like to see more from Elena for running and other outdoor sports.

I just ran Tokyo Marathon two weeks ago and I ran LA Marathon yesterday. I was so tight physically and mentally and man o man this yoga flow was so perfect! Thanks!

Just in time. I was going to do a search for yoga for runners. I have been running for years and recently my lower back started hurting after a run. This should help, but I would appreciate if you post more lower back yoga exercises.

Long time runner, marathons, ultras and new again to climbing. Have been doing pilates for the last 3 years to help, but have suffered with an inflamed hamstring for nearly a year. This is a new direction and really enjoyed the stretches. Thank you

If you can take 2-5 minutes to relax before starting a workout, you can become more aware of the whole process. Monitor and regulate your breathing, stretch arms and legs to increase circulation and make sure you are hydrated. Great video Elena!

That was awesome, thank you! I adore the Indian asana names on the screen, as I want to learn them I like to repeat them during their execution. Please keep up the good work, I hope to see some standing and balance poses in the near future as I consider them a great reality check for my body health any time I practice them. Omg I’ve dealt with injured hip flexors from running for three months now which caused a lot of tightness and pain in my lower back and hips. This finally gave me relief. My lower back feels amazing!

loved the hip rotation left to right in the half split/runner's pose. made me realize how tight some sides of my hamstrings are, and helped loosen them!

Great routine, but while I was going thru it I got a lot of questions, mostly asking why I was doing this in a supermarket. Good thing though, when I needed it, there were plenty of people around to un-pretzel me.
