IVF procedures can feel really scary and stressful and it may feel like you have no control over the conception of your baby. While I personally haven’t been through IVF I do know that my anxiety runs rife whenever things feel completely out of my control. I’ve heard many times from the women I work with that during IVF this usually deeply private act of creating a baby suddenly feels like it’s in someone else’s hands entirely.
I’ve created this particular yoga class for IVF to help you to really start trusting your body during this stressful time.
It is my hope that this practice will help you to come back to yourself and realise that the magic is still happening inside your body. We will focus on the aspects of the IVF process that you can control; making sure you stay calm and relaxed (as much as possible) and opening up your heart and body to this baby. Most importantly, I hope this practice gives you some tools that you can use off the mat to help manage the stress of IVF.

Thank you for your calm video practice, it helps me calm down. This is safe to practice post ivf embryo transfer right? Will it create any uterus contraction given there are quite a number of sitting at the back and rolling.

Glad to hear this Anh. This practice is safe to practice post transfer, however isn’t specifically for this post transfer. If you’d like one specially for post transfer I have a yoga for IVF series you should check out x

Is there any particular yoga sessions to reduce bloating during first trimester pregnancy through IVF?

Make sure you up your water intake and keep up regular movement (yoga or walking). This will help to shift any water retention. As for belly bloating, try to embrace it as much as you can. Evidence of your beautiful baby growing 🥰

Tuesday is my egg collection day. When can I start this exercise mem? I’m already practicing everyday ur STIMS/Pre ovulation exercise for bed time. Mem witch exercise safe to practice pre & post ivf embryo transfer & till the end of ivf journey? Plz mem suggest me

After collection and transfer I recommend waiting a few days before you resume a physical practice. You can do tww yoga when you feel ready.
