Actually I did and they said my legs is fine and so good but they don't have well knowledgeable in leg cramps information, I searched and discovered and I take my supplements now and I do so wonderful Every time I do these exercises I call God to bless you, I really appreciate it ❤

Hi Anne, are you talking about the last exercise where you lie down and bring the leg at 90 degrees ? Did you try doing it with a belt or scarf ? Even if you can't get it straight up, you can keep it at about 60 degrees and use the belt to pull the foot back to get a stretch in the calf muscles.

Not supposed to lay down n your back during pregnancy right? I’m on my third trimester I don’t know if ths safe to lay down n my back

Hi there, short durations of lying down on the back are generally fine. You should try avoiding sleeping on you back overnight as it might compress the vena cava. Sleeping on the left side is most preferable. Hope this helps!

Hi Meenakshi, yes Supta padangushtasana with a belt is great for lower back pain and leg cramps during pregnancy. Lying down on your back for a short amount of time is ok as long as you do not feel uncomfortable.

Hi Divya, unless you have a medical condition like placenta previa or low lying placenta, it is ok to sit on the floor. In case you find sitting on the floor difficult, you can also do these on a firm bed or bench. Hope this helps!
