வணக்கம் மேடம் நீங்கள் கூறும் விளக்கங்கள் அருமை. நீங்கள் செய்யும் பயிற்சிகளை பார்க்கும்போதே நாமும் செய்ய வேண்டும் என்ற ஆர்வம் வருகிறது. நான் கடந்த இரண்டு மாதங்களாக 1 மணி நேரம் 8 வடிவ நடை பயிற்சி மற்றும் 30 நிமிடங்கள் Basic exercise செய்து 3 கிலோ எடை குறைத்துள்ளேன். ஆனால் எனக்கு இந்த இரண்டு மாதங்களாக Backpain மற்றும் கால்களிலும் வலி அதிகமாக இருக்கிறது. காலை எழுந்தவுடன் குனியவோ உட்காரவோ முடியவில்லை புதிதாக exercise பண்ணுவதால் வலி இருப்பதாக நினைத்தேன். ஒரு சில நாட்களில் சரியாகிவிடும் என்று நினைத்தால் இரண்டு மாதம் முடிந்தும் வலி குறையவில்லை. எனக்கு கடந்த 13 வருடங்களாக வெரிகோஸ் வெயின் பிரச்சனையும் உள்ளது. என் வயது 35. எடை 75. தீர்வு சொல்லவும்

Hi mam...I have lower back pain took MRI dcr said I have disc bulge at L4 L5 level .. whenever I bend forward I have pain mam....I took physiotherapy and they advised me to do strengthening exercises...pls guide me shall I do this stretching exercises and what are the other exercise I have to do

Am a New subscriber. Finally I found a trustworthy yoga practitioner. Thanks a lot sister for your neat presentation. My daughter, aged -23, is suffering from backache last one week . Madam i have cervical disc compression C5-C6 radiating the pain to arms and fingers and lost all my finger strength and mobility , very difficult to do my day to day activities. doctor said no use of doing surgery. can you help me to figure out a way to get back my strength and mobility in fingers with any yoga asanas.
