Appreciate the long stretches! We lift weights for strength which causes us to need the flexibility more in yoga than strength training from yoga.

Thanks Dean I needed a “man’s yoga” you explain in detail (when needed) what’s going on with our body how to breathe, etc I’m getting a lot more out of this than the college girl yoga studios (you know what I mean). You’re teaching methods are very good.

During this workout series, I noticed the top of my back below my neck would start to numb whenever I tried to lift my chest up and straighten my back. Should that numbness subside the more I practice these exercises or is it a form issue? Great videos!
