i will miss these daily morning practices a lot. i haven't missed a day. 10 minutes are so do-able in the morning, no matter what and they set one up for such a good start to the day off the mat!

Keep going after this finishes! She did a 10 minute morning yoga challenge 3 years ago and that's what got me doing yoga every morning. She even has a few that are 5 minutes for those mornings you think you don't have 10 minutes. Create a playlist and keep going!

Goodmorning! On winterholiday. Stuck in the hotel after a ski accident. My knee in a brace. I have had numerous conversations the last two days with all the guests in the hotel. People can be so sweet and nice. A real blessing in a not so nice situation…

Thank you for all these 10 min Morning Yoga sessions!❤ I started in August and my target was to do at least 10 min of sport every day - and I did so 😃 . Since then I started often with Yoga in the morning , even if I went out for a run later. Also because after a while I noticed that this 10 min Yoga really helped me to be motivated, improved flexibility... and to start the day fresh and in a good mood.😊 Thank you so much, Kassandra ❤

I just recognized one thing today. Since the video keep going i was trying to stop my thoughts and focus more on the motions and feelings in my body but.. NO i realized that the more i couldnt kept up with your flow the more i was frustrating and losing track of my breath. But today, i did something different and remind myself it doesnt have to be this way. Whenever i recognize this disassociation with my reality and trusting the stories that my mind maded up, i quickly take myself from that circle and can continue wherever i find myself from, without any missing out guiltiness.. cheers 🥂

Kassandra, I wish to THANK you from the bottom of my heart. I have been following the 30-day flexible mind and body challenge as well as the 30-day evening yoga series from 2 years ago this month. Your lessons are so well put together, the perfect length, and just all-around high quality and wonderful. I have practiced yoga, mostly various forms of Hatha, on and off for decades. Many of the poses you propose for Yin Yoga are similar, but I find that my body is benefiting from some muscle groups and joints being activated in new ways. You're an excellent teacher. So glad I found you. Big huge waves of gratitude to you.

I find lengthy balancing poses impossible to hold. I had to do them near a wall so I could grab something when I began to lean too far. But I was able to do a surprising amount of balancing without that support (I'm aware it's a bit of a mind game).

I did not like this class at all. I find it was too fast and the positions were too advanced for a beginner 😓
