This did not feel like 40 minutes! I liked the cue reminders when to activate the core and glutes. Excited to try more of your classes.

I loved the use of breath to facilitate the strength. I felt fatigue in places that really needed a good work out and that this practice was very ergonomic. I will be coming back! thank you!

I'm currently traveling so unfortunately i dont have access to weights, so i really appreciate the follow-along butt workouts! I think the best way is to memorise the moves. Watch the whole video a lot of times and memorise it

Thanks for the video. I did find it a little challenging because of my previous carpal & cubital tunnel injury. I’m still strengthening my wrists, hands and arms so I can’t hold the downward dogs too long. I will modify to hold shorter until I can do it. Love the video though!!

This is the first time doing this video and I must say I loved it! It was challenging but not undoable. I do the Vertue program and Love that as well. Would love more Yoga butt like this one!

Based on my experience you can try go to yoga for adriane channel first before going into this. Adriane gives you lighter yoga training

This is so good but I find it difficult to watch and follow sometimes as the instructions are very quick and as a beginner I need to look at the screen which is tough to do in most positions 😫

I was so tired (as I am a underweight) between after the 18 minutes that I gave up I am trying my best today was my first day and pray for me that tomorrow I could do the whole yoga without stopping

Amazing Shona! I’ve been traveling for over 24 hours and was too tired to do anything with load (cough, start week 11-12:p) and been sat too long to rest my mind enough to nap. This was just perfect and actually quite challenging. Pump for the body calm for the mind. Can’t wait to start this new week of your program tomorrow. It really is life changing.

Only practice that has worked for me, I actually saw and felt results the next day. I held my phone the whole time; moved it around the floor sometimes too. No work out has worked for me, so it’s really weird to know what bulging muscles feel like. I’ve done this work out a few times and hearing her sneak in “now’s a good time to tell you we’re doing 20” always catches me off guard lmao
