I loved the use of breath to facilitate the strength. I felt fatigue in places that really needed a good work out and that this practice was very ergonomic. I will be coming back! thank you!

Thanks for the video. I did find it a little challenging because of my previous carpal & cubital tunnel injury. I’m still strengthening my wrists, hands and arms so I can’t hold the downward dogs too long. I will modify to hold shorter until I can do it. Love the video though!!

Only practice that has worked for me, I actually saw and felt results the next day. I held my phone the whole time; moved it around the floor sometimes too. No work out has worked for me, so it’s really weird to know what bulging muscles feel like. I’ve done this work out a few times and hearing her sneak in “now’s a good time to tell you we’re doing 20” always catches me off guard lmao
